  2. We love ordering coffee from room service, and then sitting on our verandah as we come into port early in the morning. L.
  3. I waited on hold for 5 hours after my Christmas Eve flight to Mexico was cancelled. I was on hold with Red Tag, the on line agent for Air Miles. Brutal. L.
  4. Where would they put it though? Take out the Ocean Bar? L.
  5. Times they are a changin'. So many people have everything on their phone now, I'm sure the demand for them simply is not there. As well, if you go through a TA, they can send you a pouch if you need - So mnay don't book through HAL. I don't even have my TA send my my docs. Such a waste of paper! I have a complete copy of everything (plane tickets, AirB&B info, all my HAL info) on my phone, my husband has the same, and I also have everthing saved on my IPad if my phone has a jammer. L.
  6. Here's a video of the Koningsdam's 4074, VH obstructed, and you can see at about 54s the dividers and they do open. Here is a video of the Nieuw Statendam, 4070 VH obstructed, and you can see the balcony divders at 10m 46s and they open as well.
  7. We are on an 11 day Southern Caribbean on the Rotterdam, leaving Fort Lauderdale on February 4. Our cruise has shown as "sold out" on HAL's website for a number of weeks now. Every now and again you might see a couple of cabins come available, but they are usually gone the day they show as available. A friend was interested in joining us on our cruse, and my TA checked on Dedcember 15, and said it was in fact sold out. Leanne
  8. Of course, because BB King is a "blues" lounge, not a "jazz" lounge. L.
  9. If you look at any ship deck plan, it shows them. Here's from the Rotterdam:
  10. Whatever your decision (to spend a night in Vancouver or not), I can guarantee you that the trip up the inside passage (between mainland BC and Vancouver Island) is worth it. The scenery and wildlife in the Salish Sea and Johnstone Strait is amazing, much more so than the open ocean on the Pacific side. Leanne
  11. Google is your friend. https://www.icruise.com/cabins/holland-america-cruises-zaandam-cabin-J1877.html https://m.icruise.com/cabins/holland-america-cruises-zaandam-cabin-J1877.html
  12. And Beyond is in motion and will be up after Enchanted Princess.
  13. Thank you for this! I will be on the same itinerary on the Rotterdam on February 4. Leanne
