Hi Roy, I saw the update from @Scrapnana's blog that you linked to in the Sailaways topic. It's hard to believe that was the result of all her pain for so long. I've put Kathi on my prayer list, and yes, I am prepared to carry on for as long as she needs me to. I'm hoping that she can see these comments, that she knows that the sailaway posts are the least of her worries, and she's more than welcome to take back the posts when she's recovered. Leanne

Upsells, often. Upgrade....sometimes. Do you have a guarantee, or did you pick your room? Also, check with your TA to see if they marked your file for an upgrade. I have also heard that the Big Box Agencies often don't let you know if you have been offered an upgrade/upsell. It can happen though. Someone on the World Cruise was upgraded to a Verandah today...while they were in port! L.
