Thanks both, i think i am inclined to book a caribbean cruise march or april to avoid weather problems. Also, inclined to book the air canada Vancouver to miami direct flight although ncl is a really good deal so will have to think about it.
I’m still interested in the answer to my question but i think a flight from vancouver to florida is a no go as i read they may put people on the west coast on a red eye to east coast and i don’t want that.
One more question. If the flight is cancelled and you can’t make it to your cruise, is the cruise price refunded. (Last year at one time there was cancellation of flights due to snow.)
Thanks. I’ve heard San Juan described as dirty, so i know not everyone is a fan. However it looked like st. Thomas has some history too, from what i’ve read.
I have a choice of 2 cruises, one goes to san juan and one goes to st thomas. I prefer the dates to st. Thomas but have always wanted to go to st. Juan although sounds maybe busier then i want. Can someone let me know the attributes of st. Thomas over san juan?
Thanks for all this information! I’ve bookmarked this thread. As someone said, the cruises out of port canaveral are cheap and i don’t think i’ll get cheaper. May i ask what people think of st. Thomas? One cruise dates has san juan which i’d really like to go to but the cruise with st. Thomas has better dates.
I’m wondering if there is anything specifically wrong with the epc. I thought there was no single supplement but its just a cheap cruise (cheaper than encore). Cruise critic reviews are bad. Some of the complaints seem to be crowding in restaurants etc. I’m not sure if all these big ships feel crowded.
Wow! I just made an off hand comment about skagway and later apologized and said it didn’t affect ncl ships. Someone had a bad day.
Thanks for explanation of DR.
Thanks for posting! I did just see a cruise i’m interested in with no supplement! I think 2025 cruises may not be eligible. Note: i think the 50% off airfare is a good deal too.
