NCL is losing Haven regulars for sure. Partly due to cost, unhappy customers and lack of butler consistency. When onboard to enjoy my hard earned well paid for holiday, being put off by the butler for a reasonable request is not only disappointing but exhausting.

The YC director really came through for you. Fantastic. Love to hear that he listened. Excellent that you booked May 2025. Enjoy your next week. Keep the review coming!!!

No doubt butlers are hit or miss. We have sailed JOY haven, 3 times in 1 1/2 years. Butler #1, total bust. Butler #2, mediocre. Butler #3, very good. Tipped all 3 on day 1. Letter given. Still hit or miss. Haven bartenders, #1, mostly o.k., bartenders #2, overworked and with attitude. I was served a glass of champagne with someones lipstick on it. Eye roll given to me when this was pointed out and asked to replace. #3, did not go to Haven bar since only rose champagne available due to ncl downgrade. All 3 room stewards very good. Haven to us is no longer worth the $ or effort. Glad you are making the most of it. Vacation is supposed to be enjoyed!

They may have spa services on ocean cay.

"Yacht Club Lunch: They say you don't need reservations in the YC restaurant but we showed up at 1:45pm for lunch as we were under the impression it was open for seating until 2pm but we learned there were people on a waiting list who have been waiting since 1:10pm and we were turned away." Ouch. That seems off base for sure. You would hope that they would just extend the hours to be sure that if you arrived before 2 p.m. you were fed. Or send you to a specialty restaurant and pick up the tab.

On our last sailing on Mera only made it up one time on a port day. Stayed for about 1 hour. Definitely looking forward to more time this cruise in May. We will try the breakfast buffet and the lunch buffet this time. What did we miss out on by not utilizing the pool deck? Other then bartenders what personnel are up on the pool deck? What amenities are available? thanks.
