  1. I sailed out of Miami in January. The Haven area was nice. There was comfortable seating and limited beverages and snacks provided. The security process was super fast and separate from non-Haven security.
  2. The Vibe is just a sun deck/bar area. There is not a restaurant.
  3. Super classy. Your judgment of people who want upgraded drinks and the joke at the expense of AA is not necessary and not funny.
  4. It does. I show the “entertainment”reservation for both in the cabin.
  5. I conquer with the others on this post. Brussels feels very big city. You can walk around the Grand Place, but aside from that I didn’t feel like there was much culture in Brussels. Bruges is quaint with pretty architecture, plenty of shops, and beautiful canals. I spend three days walking the old part of the city and still wanted to stay longer.
  6. The situation is disappointing, but I’m wondering what solution NCL could provide that would make people happy. Full refund + 100% future cruise credit seems above and beyond what NCL would be obligated to do. They ultimately canceled the reservation to prevent a disappointing cruise experience, which probably wouldn’t result in any compensation.
  7. I did this tour in January and our tour bus hit a car that ran a red light about halfway through the tour. We spent 1.5 hours waiting on the police to finish all of the paperwork and still made it to the airport on time.
  8. When a shore excursion is cancelled NCL will proactively contact you and issue a refund. In my experience it has all happened fairly smoothly.
