  1. Anybody not had a reply Usually very quick but now sent 3 emails no reply as yet Will check with TA should I have no reply this week .Last month was returned next day so don't know if there us a problem
  2. Not sure if Iona does that option before you go.Arvia my have been the trial for that option think some people had reported that the mdr was available to book before you go as you say .Will wait and see many thanks

We are on Iona 3rd year running . 1st year just booked at the mdr desk 6pm whole cruise 14 nights and turned up at the theatre. 2nd year used the app and booked mdr 6pm all the 14 nights and the theatre. So this year can you book 14 nights 6pm table for 2 mdr and the theatre just the same ? We are the table for 2 6pm type who will never look to go anywhere else mdr just suits us .
  4. They should leave it blank so you have to put your uptodate passport number then if it was wrong it would be the customers fault

I think this has been reported before .After finally booking a cruise Once again checked passport details and for the fifth time since we changed our passports the p and o site has transfered old passport no which had expired 5 years ago onto the cruise details. Is this very clever on p and o site to make you check or a very poor IT system

  9. Think this has been asked before would like to pick cabin aft or mid aft deck 10 with settee next to balcony on iona or arvia does anybody have any numbers also picky would like even no portside takes some working as we know one cabin
  10. Don't they use the seating at all for passensaygers? Surely they open checkin say 12.00 those people if they wish can enter and wait till they are called then the next checkin enter on a hourly basis before checkin time to allow flow or is that to hard to do .We are lucky and have early checkin

I agree whole heartedly with you on that .Would rather have the cruise reduced a bit further .Its hard to spend if you don't drink like us or go on any excursions .We had £810 last year bought a new phone £300 at the time was cheaper onboard and bought xmas presents with the rest pandora etc but still ended up with a bit to spend on the chocolates overpriced as you say.

  13. Now we have the next promotion live today £600 obc for balcony on Iona cruise but the select price has increased about the same amount with same cabins available. So the offer is about the same .Notice if you decided to take the saver option you cannot get your car booked with cps only taking select booking .So still thinking will it change anymore ? Last year we booked this similar offer and was reduced again after booking can't win really just have to grin and bear it .
  14. Thats what I did as well as others on this particular question. It was there IT systems that threw up this offer that nobody could book as the true offer was only £240 in my case and not the £600 that was showing because of the IT system being wrong and taking 3 to 4 days to get it corrected. Its strange as this cruise same date last year on same ship was £660 obc so I thought history was repeating itself not so lucky this time .
  15. Then obviously they have increased the capacity which is good will report how many available on cruise day at 10 am not that affects me only having a small hybrid
  16. Well last year we always stop at Watford gap and if I remember correctly there were 6 and all taken up by cars will see if they have increased the capacity later on this year

Yes pretty good all round never driven an automatic in 52 years of driving got on with it pretty much straight away that was after realising to put foot on brake to be able to shift gear lever into drive . I did take out a service plan also for the first ever time guaranteeing 2 years service 2 mot and 2 years AA cover gives piece of mind on the battery
  18. Yep I got the same impression unfortunately. It was the first time in booking 32 cruises I thought I would check what they would say if I tried to book direct as my travel agent could only get the £240 obc and she looked it online and could see the £600 obc that wasn't correct that I saw .Never mind I will keep tracking and see if they make a new offer next week and book via my TA
  19. It's not an issue at present I Guess ,but as more and more vehicles come on stream it may become one who's to say maybe the battery milage will increase and be able to do a round trip of 480 miles in my case
  20. How will we all go on at cps when all our cars need electric charging for return home .Might not bother me in my life time although gone hybrid with a year old yaris and loving the test of marks out of a 100 and getting av 72 mpg and even saw 99 mpg on one trip
  21. Took them 3 to 4 days to rectify on the site .This does not give you confidence to book any offers that appear
  22. Checked the p and o website this morning now showing correct obc so finally got it right at present. Will see if they make any better offers in the next few days
  23. What was the cruise no .If it was a Mediterranean cruise that was a different offer double obc for arvia and Britannia cruises which ends if booked before 31st July if that helps

Just tried to book a iona cruise balcony Oct 23 with £600 obc was only £240 yesterday tried booking through my TA when we got to the end came up as only £240 seems P and O glitch in the system .Tried it on the p and o Web site and now comes up as an error cannot book for 5 ring in and speak to the Holland and American line rep They really know how to unsettle the apple cart .Have been monitoring this cruise for 6 weeks and thought this was a great offer very much the same price paid last year when we got £660 obc .Took screen shots of the offer and rang direct got through and spoke to sales on p and o and confirmed they had made some kind of mistake on the obc .So I declined to make the booking and asked to send me the quote
