Interesting topic. I'm sure the fights on board are directly caused from drinking too much as smoking too much weed does not make one fight. With that said, the only way the can enforce this policy is too bite hard in terms of fines or not even allowing people on the ship if caught trying to board with it. Personally I do not care if someone smokes weed if done in the proper smoking location. I plan to smoke cigars on my next cruise but will respect others.

Looking at the menu - a few Rums, Tequila, and a few Scotch. I think the highest priced Whiskey is Blanton's at $15 (steakhouse) or $9.95 at Guys Pig...I do not know why two different prices on the same product.
