  1. I tried that also, did not work. I checked with a few others on our land trip, and they've had the same issue. I did print them out before we left. Thanks
  2. Holland Boarding Pass I went to the Navigator app to see my boarding pass, and it was not there. We leave on Sunday from Whittier. I receive an error screen. I have uninstalled, rebooted the phone, and installed and still no change. Holland representative did not understand my issues and continued to say I would have no issue board. Even if there is no issue, it is still disconcerting. Is anyone else having issues with seeing their boarding pass?
  3. My boarding pass says we can check in on arrival. It does not have A specific time or category. We are in a Neptune suite.
  4. If you have points and redeemed them for something on board, how does the Ship know? How do I verify the Ship has been informed?
  5. I have tried using the search and it isn't working. Is there a way to have ice in our suite in the evenings?
  6. We fly from Kansas City to Denver the to Anchorage. On the way back it is Vancouver to Denver to Kansas City. Thanks all!
  7. No, I meant for it to be in this thread as it would appear someone knows much more about where the ships are and when.
  8. I did realize that you'd be in Alaska outside of your cruise, sorry for the misunderstanding.
  9. We maybe on the same cruise. My TA sent me this "When you get to the ship in Whitter by train, the cruise line will do complimentary covid testing at the port before you get on the ship"
  10. Do you have any suggestions on what type of personal medical kit to take?
  11. I was thinking the same but it is so confusing. Thanks!
  12. I received an email from HAL about getting ready for our trip, suggesting using VeriFly to make our check-in faster. Land First, 31st of Aug. to 4th of Sept. Verifly says we can submit our Covid Test from the 31st to the 4th of Sept. We will be at the McKinley Chalet Resort. How do we go about testing? We fly into AK on the 31st and have our Covid test set for the 30th of Aug. It would have been great if the upcoming changes had changed for our cruise. I'm not complaining about testing. I'd have done it before we left anyway. Our TA is very friendly and responsive, but I feel all the testing requirements are confusing even to the TA.
  13. Vaccinated guests must provide evidence of vaccination status prior to embarkation. Pre-cruise testing is no longer required. Unvaccinated guests are welcomed aboard and must provide results of a negative medically supervised or self-test taken within three days of embarkation. You will likely be considered UNVACCINATED - as you do not meet the FULLY Vaccinated requirements. (4 shots)
  14. I'd say that would work. If you are uncomfortable or don't want to risk it, then check with a pharmacy like CVS or Walgreens. Have a good trip!
  15. I'll answer the questions I have some idea on. Here is the info HAL has give me. Upon arrival, please proceed to the baggage level of the airport where you will claim your luggage. There you will find a Guest Service Host who will be available to direct you to a motor coach and assist with your luggage. The Tour Desk can be found at Baggage Claim 1 in the South Terminal. Guest Service Hosts and transfers are available from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. For arrivals outside of these hours, please take a cab to your hotel and request a receipt from the driver for reimbursement. Hotel check-in is available after 3:00 pm. HAL take care of the baggage. Make sure to print out the luggage tags and place them on their luggage. Some people suggest that this be done after you arrive. I plan to keep mine in my carry-on and put the tags on at the hotel. I will also have tags on anything that is checked baggage, but only for the flights. It is my understanding that HAL will handle all of this and will provide transfers to the Airport for those who purchased their airline tickets through HAL. I downloaded by boarding pass, which is not finalized, and the information was in it. If they booked through a TA, they will also be able to answer these question. My father, 77, and I, 54 are doing the Triple Denali on the Nieuw Amsterdam at the end of this month.
  16. I'm hoping because they wanted to make sure not be a possible spreader... Kindness? We've been told we will have to test before boarding the ship on a Land first cruise.
  17. My father and I will sail on the Nieuw Amsterdam for the Triple Denali, and we chose the Land first. The trip is likely to be his last big trip. He is a bit of a curmudgeon and resists taking a suit of any kind. I have no issue wearing a suit, but I can't get him even to consider wearing a suit. What is the minimum he can get by with for gala nights?
  18. Cheaper than paying for a checked bag.
