I cruise in 16 days, got a call from 305-599-2600 but didnt answer since I was in the middle of something and we are already in a balcony in a great location. Assuming it was an upsell call. :)

This is the real question. You have to put in your date of issue and date of expiration when filling out the fun pass. While it technically doesn't have to be done too far in advance, I always fill ours out when we do the final payment.

I totally sympathize about damaged luggage, and you are right that they should reimburse what was promised.

However, I always chuckle when people want the email or phone number of "upper management." If everyone had access to that, those people would never get anything done! Run into a bug in internet explorer? Just get the director of Microsoft development on the phone, he will fix it! It took 2 extra days for your paycheck to show up in your account? I wish people stop playing doctor/nurse when the obviously don't have a clue what they are talking about. Yes it can be out for up to 28 days, but that is NOT the reason you keep it in the fridge, you have to keep it at a temperature that is specific to each drug. Aka mine is below 70 degrees(not good left out if the cabin or outside is above that, I always keep a ice gel pack with my insulin tote I bring with me out anywhere that I know is hot) or above 40 degrees. If it deviate in temperature they make the drug useless and could be a life threatening situation. So please STOP playing doctor if you are not one.

Another thread was talking about keeping the balcony door open while in the room, which can cause problems with the AC. Some posters referenced a sign that says please keep balcony doors closed.

Not in my experience. It is an offer to take it or leave it. If you leave it, they call the next number on the list :)

You need 100 shares to receive the shareholder OBC. Today shares are a tad above $50, so you would need to shell out about $5k + fees.

I am not a professional finance consultant, but it does not seem like this is the best time to buy. Shares have been as low as $42 in the last 6 months.

This is great news. Tables will be less crowded. When I walk up to the roulette table to play $50-100 a spin 3-4 times, I will not have to reach around guys sitting there chain smoking for hours playing 5-$1 chips.

I wish they would raise blackjack and craps to $15-25. You should be there to make money, not to burn time. You cant make any money 5 bucks at a time.

As most of the normal posters on this thread, we have dialed it down from true formal (tux and gown) in 2002 to dress shirt / tie and cocktail dress now. Not worried at all about what anyone else wears or thinks :D

Just to clarify, a taxi from MIA to Port (and vice versa) is now $27 as one person correctly posted. They raised it from $24 a while back:mad:

I understand Carnival wanting to spread out the embarkation to make the lines shorter for everyone, but sending these emails to FTTF / Plats / Diamonds is a bit ridiculous. All it shows is that Carnival doesn't even use any filtering at all before sending random emails :rolleyes:

You realize Carnival's transfers are both slower and more expensive than taking a taxi? Why would anyone want to pay more for worse service? :confused:
