Thanks for bringing us along on your trip! We are on the Silhouette next month and doing a fjords cruise on HAL summer of 2025. So, it's great to get a glimpse into information for both trips.

Same here. I reset, and it seems to be working fine at this point.

We have a booking for our first HAL cruise on the Rotterdam for summer of 2025, so the trip is a good ways out. We have quite a bit of stacked onboard credit already showing on our account, and at some point, I plan to submit the claim for the shareholder benefit to pick up some more. We've booked one HAL excursion using our shore excursion credits that came with the booking. Is there a way to use OBC to book excursions at this point? If not, has anyone had success prebooking HAL excursions out of pocket, requesting a refund onboard, and rebooking using OBC? I have a similar question with respect to specialty dining. I expect I'm likely a year out from making any reservations given what I've read in other posts on this board, and we have two specialty dining included in the booking. I'll book those two when reservations open, but I'd like to book at least one more. So, I have the same questions regarding use of OBC or refund/rebook onboard. Thanks!

Following along. We will be down there in March on the Seascape. We are flying in the night before and staying near the airport. We'll rideshare to the port the next morning.

I sent the form to this address for my March cruise on Seascape. The response I got indicated that I should carry my CPAP machine onto the ship and to bring my own distilled water as MSC does not supply distilled water. I'm not sure if this is a new policy, but I wanted to update folks.

Yes, the systems work in parallel. I was doing online check-in while my wife was making show reservations.

We have requested it using the form from the following page for the last two NCL cruises: https://www.ncl.com/about/accessible-cruising Distilled water was in our cabin when we boarded.

Cannot log in using Chrome. Clearing the cookies/cache did not fix the problem. I was able to log in using an incognito window.

I got the Princess one as well. Did not see the NCL, Carnival, or Oceania one. But, we used the prior NCL one, so I'm wondering if they track usage...

They are covered. But, after a certain number of advanced reservation, the system may believe that you are out of specialty dining credits and look to charge you the flat fee. I don't think it does that if booking the a la cart specialty venues after it thinks you are out of the credits.

Your approach was likely quicker, but I was feeling a little concerned and called about our sold-out excursion. The agent I got (after about 40 minutes on hold) was able to credit the difference back to my OBC account without having us cancel and rebook.
