Enjoying all the pictures of Katakolon. I was there June 2017 on a Princess cruise for my sister's 60th bd. We, of course, went to the site of the Olympics as well as the museum and a few other key sites. We were there on her birthday, so it was June 11. I don't remember a lot from that cruise as there was a horrible family event that marred the trip. But what I do remember it was HOT, HOT, HOT!! Takeaway is do not go to Greece in June, tell your relatives they'll be celebrating from home and you'll play tourist in the off season 😉 Saw a lot of dogs in Olympia. They caused no issues and looked as hot as us. No pictures to post as they're on my computer and I'm using my phone. But all of the ones here are fabulous, so not losing out my not seeing mine. I hope @RMLincolnhas a fabulous cruise and best birthday ever 🥳 I wish @smitty34877 and Tana restful nights and uneventful days. Prayers 🙏 positive thoughts for all. Next stop - Miami. Ooh, look - empty seats next to me!!

En route to airport on this very hot, dry day. Miami sounds good about now.🫠 Have an 11:30am boarding time w/diamond status, so hoping it goes smoothly. Regardless, it's an adventure on a new cruise line. Hoping to sleep soundly tomorrow night in a gently rocking cabin. After enjoying wine on the deck 😎

2 or 3 at 8 am wouldn't be a big deal, that seems reasonable. Add a few people showing up early and you could get to 6 people. But the early arrivals shouldn't be called back ahead of the appointments scheduled before them, right?🤷‍♀️ I'll tell myself it's because she's that good, lol.

I have upgraded internet once onboard, so I've never posted pix using the standard internet. I have had no issues posting pictures and joining Teams calls using the upgraded internet.

For wine tasting - I (4*) took my 3* DH to wine tasting - nobody asked for his credentials and he was not charged. I have also taken my 1* BFF and she was not asked for credentials and was not charged. Both of these were on NS end of last year, different sailings 2 weeks apart.

Here's our other non-spoiled canine baby, who I notice, needs his nails clipped. He's sulking cuz I won't hold his hand.

Took a nap Longer than expected, likely due to an intruding snuggle bunny, who is still splayed out all over me like I'm her personal couch. Nope, no dog spoiling in this house🙄 Allergy testing complete 🤧 the lack of organization, ineficciencies, deliberate overbooking, or whatever is the problem at Dr office, resulted in my day starting with frustration. My appointment was at 8, the first one of the day. She's the only provider in the office, so pretty sure bet that anyone in the waiting room is there for her. I walked into a room w/6 other people already occupying seats... It was 45 min before I was called back - EVERYONE else went back before me. Grrr, venting complete. No surprises to the test results (comforting to get confirmation of what I suspected and to not have unexpected bonuses) - several grasses, pollen, ragweed, mold, dust, blah, blah. Take the pills, rinse nose, use eye drops, wash hands after working in garden but don't work in garden, don't let pets near when they come inside, stay inside on high alert days, keep a/c filters clean... Heading out to pick up weed spray (DH will use it) then laundromat followed by packing since I leave tomorrow for Miami. Happy to see all the fur baby pictures - we do love our animals, including the dearly departed. @Quartzsite Cruiser I appreciate how you notice when someone has been quiet and do a check in. @TiogaCruiser I only use Uber for "real time" trips, I don't book in advance, so I'm not familiar with that error. I bet there's a security feature w/in Uber that limits the number of "advance" bookings per account, rather than per card. Can you try using another email?

@StLouisCruisers the stocking looks very nice. I wouldn't change the design and would keep the smile, but I'm sure it's going to be lovely whichever way you decide to complete it.

On MSC, which I'm doing next week for the first time, they say 1 device is 1 device.. period. There's no logging out of one and back in on another; if you want to use multiple devices, regardless of the user log in, you have to buy a multi-device plan. I bought just a single device plan, so, we'll see how that works. I miss HAL already, lol.

I never tried to use the electronic boarding pass - I have always just given the printed one I received in my cabin. I've used the service on American & Alaskan Air, not Delta, but I showed as checked in each time on both airlines. I've used it as recently as May '23 on American in Seattle and Jan '24 on American in FLL. I'm TSA precheck, DH is not. I go through my security line, he goes through his w/no issues.

Posting on the port page or your Roll Call (if there is one) might get you more traction. Sorry I can't help - we didn't do any of those excursions when we went to Europe.

Hi, again! Luggage Direct is the program you're looking for. No, you do not have to book through the cruiseline to use it, but you do have to fly on one of the participating airlines. It's free in Seattle because the cover the cost of it. No need to sign up ahead - you'll receive a form in your cabin to fill out and your plane tickets & luggage tags will be delivered to your cabin if you're approved. They also check you in for your flight so there's no need for you to do that. I have that issue for any type of OBC and for adding HIA to casino rates - no matter who I call, the answer is no.

I'm excited for you!! We have been blessed to have whales join us for breakfast, watch a mama bear teaching her 3 cubs to fish, and watch otters play all from the comfort of an aft cabin. No wildlife in these pictures (they're all on my computer now), but these are some deck 4 and deck aft views.

We get the free upgrade on Princess, not on HAL.
