  1. Phew! Based on the title I thought Princess was cutting back and now serving bugs in the buffet. 🤢
  2. I don't concern myself with others tier level and how they achieved that tier level. I have yet to speak with anyone onboard about their tier level.
  3. Why? We aren't buffet fans but that doesn't mean buffets should be eliminated. 🙄
  4. Must of have been George Costanza. 😂
  5. I was only speaking about the medallion itself. Not with the many optional styles of wristbands or lanyards. Regardless, they are small and fits nicely in the pocket. No biggie as we like them. Size doesn't matter.
  6. Before 2017? My posts are only based on our 2024 cruise with the medallion. All our Princess cruises before that (last Princess cruise was 2013) were with the Seapass cards or whatever Princess called them.
  7. Where do you keep your Seapass card? Stuffed in your pocket? My medallion was always in my pocket. My wife kept hers in her small purse. The medallion dos not come on a wristband. Just like a Seapass card, it's a stand alone item. You can purchase wristbands if you want. It does comes with an optional lanyard if you want to use that. I threw the lanyards away before we left the house. The medallion is about the size of a beer bottle cap.
  8. Doesn't really matter to me what the cruise lines use. I was only throwing out the medallions as we liked them. Prior to using them I was skeptical. During the cruise we liked having them and we didn't even come close to using them for everything. Just for the record I have no issues with the Seapass card. I always carry mine in my pocket and never forget to take it or have lost it. Now I have been given someone else's Seapass card and vice versa before.
  9. I wasn't expected to wear the medallion either.
  10. We don't do wristbands or lanyards.
  11. No. Still the same small font also with the ships name. Smaller font than Celebrity's Seapass cards that show passenger name, ship, sail date and tier level.
  12. Not fleetwide. Only the newer bigger RC ships use the WOW band technology.
  13. No loss. Celebrity kicked us all to the curb. 😂
  14. You would think so, especially when we had to pay to get the secret password. 🤣
  15. 1-800-774-6237. Follow the few simple instructions to get connected to the OR dept.
  16. The only place I saw our names displayed momentarily is when we approach our cabin and the door unlocked. Never noticed anyone lurking around our cabin when our names momentaliary popped up.
  17. Thanks but other perks that aren't based only on actual CAS points. That's my point.
  18. Please provide where those few exclusions are listed. Which makes sense. I'm going off from what is listed on the RC website for CAS perks/benefits for Pinnacles.
  19. Be interesting to hear from actual experiences if reciprocal Pinnacles get the comp cruise cert, luggage tags/passport covers. They will get all the other perks/benefits listed for Pinnacles. Zeniths do receive CC pins. They are the only ones. We have CC pins when we first paid to join the CC in 1994. We paid $35.00 each to join and become founders members at that time.
  20. Exactly why we would speak with the LA and make our request.
  21. You can also call Ocean Ready and they will make your dining reservations for you.
  22. Yes. Go visit the CAS LA on your cruise and request your Pinnacle Pin if you haven't received it in your cabin on embarkation day.
  23. How do you figure? Zeniths will get Pinnacle pins. Because of the reciprocal program Zenith are Pinnacles and vice versa with full benefits. They will be Pinnacles with zero CAS points if they have never cruised with RC.
  24. Thanks for taking the time for sharing your positive and negative experiences and opinions. Interesting but exactly why we don't considers others experiences, opinions when we book our cruises.
