  1. Lots of creaking on our two cruises especially during periods of rough weather. We got used to it.
  2. We were in 6018. As long as we had the door closed, it wasn’t an issue. At times we wanted to enjoy our balcony and this was impossible once we got to warmer weather. Staff was kind enough to move us.
  3. At least until after a much better sounding ship lunch.
  4. Thanks for the info. Having never been on MSC, didn’t really know what to expect.
  5. Trying to get an idea of how this port will be handled for Explora. Am I correct, that cabanas in the YC area can only be rented by Residents Suite passengers? Will other passengers be allowed to dine at Ocean House and use Ocean House And Bimini Beaches?
  6. Suites are better on EJ, Showers better on Atlas, food better on EJ (except ice cream and pool grill on Atlas is better). Service is great on both. Communication need improvement on both. The rest is difficult to compare due to the differences in sizes of the ship. The included experiences on Atlas are wonderful! We really enjoy the small passenger load on Atlas. On EJ, both our cruise have had low passenger counts. I’ll be interested to see how they do when full. I’m expecting our December trip to be closer to full.
  7. Also not on the menu was Moët Ice. Which was a big hit with the many Europeans on our two cruises. It’s very sweet and I will stick with the Brut.
  8. Now if we can just get them to get rid of the smoking area outside of Crema Cafe. We had to change suites due to second hand smoke wafting through our veranda door. For the upcoming cruise, we book on the other side of the ship. Plus, that area will be nice for outside cafe seating during nice weather.
  9. 7x50 if you are in the larger suites. We changed rooms and enjoyed the better binoculars.
  10. Yes, there is quite a large spa shop with products.
