Loving your review so far!  We did the SA/Cape Horn/Glacier Alley in January of 2017 (but on Princess) and Glacier Alley was the highlight of the trip as we had BEAUTIFUL weather. Very cold but clear!  Can't wait to read more.  Enjoy your vacation!

I have cruised once on NYE and once on Christmas.  Never my birthday (it's in July).

@HogladyriderWe did a full transit East to West Panama Canal cruise in May 2004.  It was 17 days and was fabulous!  It was on the NCL Wind.  We made friends with the crew (read bartenders) and they provided our own private guides through the Canal.  The only bad thing about the trip was that I got the dreaded Noro virus.  YUCK!!!  Other than that, it was one of my best cruises.  We then spent a week in California, driving the coastline.  

Yay, I finally caught a Benny cruise at the beginning!!  Looking forward to your cruise.  I don't sail again until 01/19/23 on a 3 nighter on MSC (first time trying MSC) to celebrate my Dad's 81st Birthday.

We are going on the Meraviglia in January for 3 nights.  The Easy drink package is included (and apparently we can't upgrade to premium because it is a 3 night cruise???).  Does anyone have a list of the brands of liquor that are included in the easy package, or know where I can find a list?  TIA
