Decided to walk to Eagle Beach for the afternoon. We found a nice little beach bar along the way for some food and drink. I can confirm that the beach bar loaded rum was very good We had a flatbread veggie pizza And the views were nice.

Aruba today. We didn’t have any excursions booked, so one of the first things we did was seek out an optical place to repair Susan’s glasses. She had lost the nose pad to one side, and we found the ship doesn’t sell any repair kits. So we found this place, just off the ship. They were great. $4 and she was good as new.

Yeah, they rescheduled us for Hiro tonight, and it originally said it would be at 9:00. We got there after we got out of the 1977 show at 8:50, and found they changed the time to 8:30, so it was packed and well underway. We will try another night.

They were little quiches. What a keen eye.

Stopped at the crown lounge briefly. These were their snacks, and they didn’t look too bad.

Yesterday, we ventured to Windjammer for breakfast. After gaining a pound on the first cruise day, I weighed in and found I actually lost a pound since boarding, so time to remedy that. I think the flow in Jammer is better than the earlier O Class ships. Got there around 9am, and it wasn’t crowded, and plenty of empty tables. They did have a nice gingerbread house display outside, near the entrance.

Yesterday, we walked by the beach pool in the morning, and this was the scene. Then, a couple hours later, they had kicked everyone out, roped off the area, and started draining the pool. Hmm, just wondering if there was an incident?

I was thinking of making a sign for Daryl that says “I am not a duck!”

No, today is a sea day. We have Aruba tomorrow, and we get Labadee on the way back. Beautiful sunshine today, and everyone is out enjoying it. 10:37, and still lots of open loungers in the solarium. Must be due to the number of kids onboard.

This morning started out like every day, with a worout on the track, then to the gym for sit-ups and weights. it appears I beat my previous day record. When at sea, they just call me Usain. 🤣🤣 A situation report for @harryfat1 And yes, I did the hour and half workout and had a shower before I took the map photo.

Last night, after the aqua show was canceled, we headed to Dazzles for some karaoke. Some of the singers were not too bad. The drinks were good, but they need to do something with the lighting so they look better Mudslide Rum punch

Just know that the show days and times could be different. Ours are different from the last 8 day one on this itinerary.

Looks like you were sitting near us for that non-show. I think we have another show booked that night, so they may start giving seats away before we get there. There was a long stand by line when we got there last night.
