  2. Sorry I misunderstood. When I see website and personalizer I think princess.com not app by website.
  3. Thank you just spent 10 minutes looking on Personalizer could not find medallion thought I was missing something
  4. No you just need to complete check in items on app but Medellin will not be sent till about 14 before cruise. Been told it a batteries issue.
  5. No matter what the App say I figure if my medallion is in hand green lane if not blue lane. The latest update to App has a few glitches but nothing new there.
  6. The app hates me and the people on my cruise. It has taken a day and port away from us in middle of cruise. It jumps from 17 day to 19th day and get rid of Stornoway port. I checked personalizer still say day and port exist. When I called they said would be fixed in 24 hours, that was 3 days ago.
  7. I choose my cruises for the itineraries. I have sailed on both Princess and Celebrity. I prefer Princess but if itinerary is right then have no qualms going on Celebrity As to why I prefer Princess, it simple I find it suits me better. Staff more friendly, other guest more outgoing, more activities I enjoy and I prefer the layout of the ship. It is nice we all have choices.
  8. Yesterday I was doing a fake booking to check fare on one of my cruises and laughed when I saw Plus at $64 Premium at $60. I knew it was a glitch so was not tempted.
  9. So in regards to missing day and port per Princess it is a glitch in system. I was so shocked, lol not. they will be fixing it in next 24 hours so hope it doesn’t effect something else. They are suppose to email me when fixed I will let you know. yes you can see your excursions by clicking on journey tab, shows all of mine i had to reinstall App Monday to get it working after update
  10. Yes I will come back and post either way. I have hope (eternal optimism) that it will reappear tomorrow.
  11. Yes still shows Stornoway in personalizer which is the day and port missing in app. I appreciate all you guys giving me help. I guess just another fix for Princess ocean now App. I will call them tomorrow if it does not reappear.
  12. No a few have noticed it and was asking about it. I thought as it happen after update of App that maybe others were experiencing same on their cruises so asked here.
  13. No out of NY to Southampton no Dateline crossed. The day and port was there before the updated app. Now just gone. Pacngo. Hope not as it is say 18 of 21 day cruise. Actually first half of my b2b so will be on 31 days.
  14. Has anyone else had a day and port disappear from your Journey tab? skips from day 17 to day 19 of Journey. Port and day still there in personalizer
  15. I had to laugh when I saw your comment. Not sure I want this IT trying something that complicated.
  16. So somewhere on the app it says you have X amount OBC for first cruise and Y amount for cruise 2?
  17. The Princess board only approved SHC through 12/31/2024. We will have to wait till they meet later this year to see if they approve SHC for 2025. This has been true for many years
  18. I just called ocean ready about the app. App not letting me sign in. They said that corporate IT just informed them they were still in process of updating app and it would be up within the next 24 hours. They were told to tell guest to try back then.   21. Why with Princess they are not conducting sale, have nothing to do with it.
  22. I am in same boat do not see my November 2025 (b2b) or my May 2026 (b2b) cruises. I do see my July (b2b) and November 2024 (b2b) and July 2025 cruises. All 9 of them are on my personalizer so not worried just figured app was full.
  23. Only first two in cabin must buy package. 3rd and 4th do not.
