There are people who will wear a lanyard around their neck so that they don't have to carry a purse to hold their cruise card and there are some willing to carry a container to carry a mask. Where are you ladies who insist you don't have pockets to carry a cruise card going to carry these devices?  Asking for a friend.

I wore my mask while walking through the ship and sat it on the table while I ate, on top of my little bag for my camera and phone.  I sometimes carry my mask around my arm.

I don’t think there’s an option to pay, they either let you bring them on board or they don’t. Perhaps you meant the corkage fee?

Was this in the last 10 years out of a US port on an RCI sailing?

Yes correct If you have symptoms or direct exposure you can get a free one.  Not free for the purpose of travel like you have said.

Are states doing tests differently?  In Virginia, I've had 2 tests at Walgreens, both were rapid and free.  Did the Seattle people check the testing at the airport, obviously I don't know how it works.  https://www.portseattle.org/page/travel-and-covid-19-testing

For those that have ordered the proctored tests through Royal Caribbean, are the expiration dates longer than mid-December? We cruise December 6 and I worry about getting an expired one.

I ordered a 2 pack from Optum as a back up for my September cruise, with the extended expiration date, it expires in January. Ordering 2 months later, you'll be fine.

The rules say it's 750 ml bottles of wine, it doesn't say they have to be sealed. As long as they look like bottles of wine on the xray, the security folks are likely to be too busy to even check.

    Hmmm, interesting.......rethinking my current plan.....

If they are giving vouchers they need it to be on any drink you choose we all like different types of beverages

Previously, the Diamond Lounge had a specific, limited menu of drinks that were available.  This is an expansion of that, not a restriction.

It’s a crap shoot with the security staff at the port. Yes, you can rebottle it.

My thought is if you show up with 2 open bottles of wine, they're going to assume it's hard liquor and throw it out.  I suggest obeying the rules.

Yes, correct.  Any bar, except Bionic.

According to the website, which I know doesn't mean it's true...  not good at Rising Tide, either.

Diamond, Diamond Plus, and Pinnacle Club members will be able to redeem their complimentary beverage vouchers (for drinks valued up to $13) at any venue except Starbucks, Bionic Bar and Rising Tide Bar, at any time throughout the day.
