  1. On a space available basis, yes
  2. Correct. None of the E class ships as a clothesline in the shower and of course there is no veranda in the infinite veranda where you could lay clothes on the chairs to dry.
  3. No they don’t reduce the points — it’s a payment on the balance just as if it had been paid out of my checking account.
  4. I get bonus points for that on board spend, points which I will use on the next cruise.
  5. Inconvenient but that’s the way it works,
  6. Kids Club is usually very popular during all school breaks. I would expect some kids on either of those cruises.
  7. You understand it correctly. I make final payment. Then I redeem points, choosing the option to reduce the cruise fare rather than OBC and I get a credit on the next visa statement. I do it every cruise that I have sufficient points accrued.. No problems.
  8. Here is another strategy for using points rather than cashing them in for OBC. Assuming you are going to cruise on Celebrity again, use the points for a reduction in the cruise fare. I always do this right after I have done a final payment. The reduction in cruise fare then shows up as a credit on my next Celebrity BOA statement. On the cruise, I then use that credit card to pay for any onboard expenses, thus accruing more points at the bonus level.
  9. Interesting list Retird posted. how to reconcile it to what is posted on Celebrities ty’s own website, hmmmmmm
  10. Celebrity obfuscation at its finest The classic non-alcohol package includes premium coffees and teas and non-premium bottled water. The premium non-alcohol package includes specialty coffees and teas and premium bottled water (Evian, Perrier and San Pellegrino) The Classic alcohol package includes delicious coffees and teas and bottled water. The Premium alcohol package includes premium coffee and Evian. clear as mud, yes?
  11. Did you mean to write that there has been no time line announced?
  12. It’s so great that they located your luggage. Now as you attempt to be reimbursed for the cost of shipping it to you there will be some other questions that are sure to be asked. How did you fill out the disembarkation form? Did you request an early time? Did you give Celebrity your flight information? Where did you wait for the disembarkation announcements? Did you get the name of the person or person that you spoke to in the terminal? There will probably be more things asked of you, but you get the general idea.
  13. The smoking policy is liable to be a noticeable difference, with No smoking anywhere inside the ship, in your state room, or on your balcony.
  14. How unfortunate that you didn’t notice that #1 tags were for the HOHO on the disembarkation paperwork they send to the room. I wish you good luck.
  15. Don’t look for self serve laundries you ever be on Celebrity…..
  16. Absolutely not you can go to your doctor or county health test site, or Select Walgreens or CVS, and there are probably other options, too.
  17. Ok, this is new, at least to me. Fill out a survey and get 20 power up Points = 2 Captain’s Club points. No sailing required. This came via email.
