  1. On Celebrity this is called luggage valet. It is generally available out of Fort Lauderdale depending on what time your flight is and where you’re home airport is and what airline you are flying on.
  2. Yes, the casino would serve a drink while you are actively gambling. Welcome glasses of bubbly were available at Café Al Bacio on solstice last week
  3. As this is a scheduled dry dock, I don’t believe any cruises were canceled.
  4. New deployments come out toward the end of the year. Check back in November and December.
  5. I don’t believe that there is any drink that you can order at a bar if you don’t have a beverage package, Unless you are willing to pay for the drink, one at a time. Complementary drinks in the buffet include coffee, tea, hot chocolate packet, lemonade, juice drinks, and iced tea. At breakfast, you can probably also get oat milk and soy milk and maybe they have those at lunch too—I have not looked. Also, at breakfast, you might be able to get tomato juice and cranberry juice. these will not be in dispensers, and you may have to ask for them. The aqua spa Café will have some of these drinks as well during breakfast and lunch. And the MAST grill, poolside, will have SOME as well.
  6. Last time I was on silhouette there was a huge group that actually was too big for Sky lounge. No one else was allowed to be in there during their private events
  7. Gratuity package = gratuities you can prepay them if you wish
  8. No but it is frequently used for private parties.
  9. Smoothies will not be included, but the rest of your non-alcoholic choices all will be. There will be no further gratuities charged on any of those drinks. there is no limit per day on drinks To be clear, your gratuity package covers your waiters and assistant waiter and your stateroom attendant. It does not apply to any food or drink. The beverage package applies to your drinks and has their gratuities built into it.
  10. You have the choice how to redeem the points. You can redeem them as on board credit. Or you can redeem them as a credit toward the balance on your credit card account. You do not have to have made final payment in order to choose the second option. You just have to have a booking number.
  11. Not quite accurate. I request once a day service, in the evening, and the steward does not enter my room in the morning.
  12. The ship only waits for the excursions booked through them. Third-party excursions might not be booked through Celebrity but only your travel agent can tell you for sure.
  13. Just disembarked solstice Hubbard glacier today. It was a fabulous cruise. The naturalist was Milos and he is experienced and informative. Solstice has the glass blowing show/school. Solstice has Murano. Shows were excellent.
  14. All benefits are per person. There are two select passengers in the cabinet each will get two garments pressed.
  15. Yes. Mostly coupons for spa services, bottles of wine, notepads and pens
  16. You can watch the video the night before, but it doesn’t count as compliance. You would just have to watch it again the next day.
  17. Muster 2.0 refers to the new improved way of doing the drill. The morning of your cruise, you can watch a video on the app, showing how to put on a lifejacket, and listen to the emergency warning signal. Then when you get on board the ship you go to your assembly station in person and they check you in. If for some reason you were not able to watch the video, they show you how to put on the lifejacket in person at that moment. and that’s it. That’s all there is to it.
  18. Small correction. Recent change added drinks on embarkation night
  19. I think you’re use of the term “outside” is what is confusing us. What room have you booked?
  20. I have about a 50% success rate of asking for the extension cord and distilled water ahead of time, but 100% success rate of asking my room Stewart
  21. If you are too late, just ask your room Stewart and they will bring you distilled water. No charge.
