The evclass ships actually do not take reservations for dinner. All of their dining rooms are open seating. I know it looks like you can make reservations but that’s just a mistake in the system. Very frustrating mistake to newbies who don’t know and spend a lot of time online. Trying to book dining rooms only to find that they are all just open seating.

I’m not sure what your question is precisely. you drop your luggage at the curb, for delivery to your stateroom you and your hand luggage go through screening in the terminal, similar to entering an airport with the carry-on luggage, going through a scanner and you walk through a metal detector Then take your hand baggage to your statements and pick up your key

After the OP’s cruise, the ship will not be in those countries again so the staff will have no chance to use the currency or convert it locally

There are some currencies which the ship will convert to dollars for you ( at a not very good rate ) and then apply those dollars to your account. I am very doubtful that the South American currencies could be used that way.

They request that you not put your own water bottle under the spigot in the oceanview café. Fill up one of their glasses and then transfer to your container.
