  1. Maybe on your in room tv. There’s also a small bar with a tv in the casino.
  2. You might want to start another thread since this one is about scooters
  3. Which side of the ship are you on? Smoking will be on the port side unless They are bunkering or there is bad weather and they need to move it to starboard.
  4. All of them are open seating. No need to fret over reservations.
  5. Example of a parking niche. The his is on Connie
  6. Yes it fits in the cabin. But in mini cabins, it is nearly impossible to turn it around so that you can drive it out. That means you must back out while holding the door open. Not an easy task.
  7. No it is not easy in a non accessible room. turning the scooter around in a very tight space is quite difficult. trying to hold the door open and backing out is equally difficult. leaving the scooter in the hallway overnight is not an option. if you are near one of the elevator vestibule’s, you may find a little niche where you can park the scooter overnight. One other thing to be aware of is that the scooters use US pugs. If you park the scooter in one of the corners festivals, there will only be European plugs there, so you must bring an adapter.
  8. Many many posts on this. One big difference is smoking is not allowed anywhere indoors on Celebrity.
  9. I had to show a lady on the first day that there is a variable speed knob on the scooter. She had no idea and kept running into things. So I repeat my thoughts about learning to use a scooter before you come on a cruise. If the grocery store or Walmart or target or your pharmacy has one, she should try it out, and learn to turn in tight quarters around the shelves. And how to back up (no mirrors) and even how to “parallel park”
  10. Nice idea but logistically impractical. The first time I needed a scooter I injured my knee, literally on the way to the cruise. No time for a doctors note I was lucky that a scooter was available at the very last minute. Many people bring their own scooters from home. So placing any restrictions on rental scooters wouldn’t affect them.
  11. Special Needs at Sea is one company that provides rentals. have you booked her an accessible room? The normal rooms are often very tight for a scooter has she ever driven a scooter? Can she maneuver it, and back one up in an out of elevators?
  12. Not fleetwide. This is on Connie February 2024
  13. Despite the appearance of the website and the app, all of the dining rooms on the e class ships are open dining and your reservations won’t mean anything. Don’t waste your effort and time fussing with them.
  14. So you have not cruised since the restart. The check in procedures have changed and you will not find separate lines for Aqua, concierge or Elite any more.
  15. You might have put it off too long but it’s worth trying anyway
  16. Not entirely true. It is for captains Club zenith as well as concierge and back to back
  17. Check that — I believe it is the vessel that matters not the cruise line
  18. Which port and which excursion? The specifics of each excursion are different. So it would help to know the name of the excursion you are inquiring about.
  19. I’m not reacting to the call for evening chic clothes . What I see that is out of place is the designation of “casual “ when everywhere else, in print and on website, Celebrity has two levels of dress code—evening chic and smart casual. I have a large group of friends, mostly newbies to celebrity, planning an upcoming junket and I am trying to give them guidance with regards to what to pack. The standard smart, casual dress code, specifies button down shirts, while the casual allows polo shirts. I am trying to find out if here on Constellation they have made an error, as tge staff on Reflection admitted that they did, or if this is a fleetwide policy change and I wonder if the “casual” has appeared on other Celebrity ships. since it is the exact wording used on royal Caribbean, is this a step in the “Royalization” or what?
