  1. I agree, my grandson actually liked many of the adult entrees but a 2 year old might be different. I do recommend the fruit plate & grilled chicken. It was a big hit
  2. It’s pretty basic kids food. Burgers, nuggets, pizza, Mac & cheese.
  3. Well you only need 2 and you had them so not sure why you’d have a problem. I’m sure others would have access to other documents. That’s why there are many options on the list.
  4. Northeast elitist here but I think they put something heavy behind a tractor & they measure how far the tractor can pull it. 🤷‍♀️
  5. Vaccination age and adults only areas have absolutely nothing to do with each other.
  6. True but at the time of booking, vaccines for 12-17 year olds were not yet widely available or recommended. That changed. It was widely reported to have changed. That should have led to at least some curiosity about what affect that would have on an already booked cruise. Enough curiosity to take a few minutes to check.
  7. It was very easy to get the Real ID LICENSE in CT. Our renewal notice listed the documents needed. I took them to my local AAA office. The process took about 15 minutes & I left with a temporary. Got the license in the mail about 10 days later. Easy peasy
  8. I booked through a TA and received a constant stream of healthy sail updates from both RCCL and my TA prior to our March 2022 cruise. I would certainly be asking my TA why he/she neglected to inform me of this important change. But it still behooves you to pay attention during these unprecedented times.
  9. Grandparents gotta stick together! Glad I could help.
  10. Try this: click on the little torso in the top right. click on select a different sailing Click on get more details on ships we support click on Explorer of the seas select the Sept 3-11 sailing then dining main dining room (across the top) menus kids menus by night are at the bottom I am looking at this exact sailing in my app right now. My ACTUAL Explorer sailing on October 29,2022 does not show up yet.
  11. My grandson was given a paper childrens menu when we cruised with him. Didn’t ask for it, they just gave him one. 🤷‍♀️
  12. Go to any current Explorer cruise in the app, click on dining, main dining room, menus. really any cruise will do as menus are pretty standard across the fleet
  13. Shuttles are $20-25 per person and pick up from most of the MCO area hotels.
  14. Consider staying near the airport & Uber or shuttle to the port in the morning.
  15. IMHO still well worth a trip. Perhaps because we don’t have something like this up north. If you really want something “different” try the drag queen brunch or Tuesday night bingo at Hamburger Mary’s!
  16. Chuy’s is a must do when we are in the Orlando area, just such a fun vibe!
  17. I don’t know but our family of four always stayed in one room no matter what kind of vacation we were on. Frankly never occurred to me to get 2 rooms. Son slept with dad, daughter with me. Amazingly we all survived and still like to travel together. Our home only has one bathroom and again we all survived. Ok, full disclosure, we sprung for an owners suite on our last cruise. But still only one bathroom!
  18. Hubby & adult son wore dress pants with a button down shirt & tie. Adult daughter & I wore dresses we’d wear to nice daytime wedding. More dressed than some less than others. Felt it was a happy medium and didn’t take up a ton of luggage space.
  19. My experience is very limited compared to many here but in my limited experience: 2018 5 day with DBP @ $48 each - totally worth it. No question we drank more than that. 2020 4 day no DBP as we had our 10 year old grandson with us and I knew I wouldn’t drink much. Gotta say I missed it and frankly could have enjoyed a few more than I had. 2022 7 day with DBP @ $72 each - hate to admit I struggled to keep up the pace. Son filled in for me though! 2022 upcoming 8 day. DBP is $85+. No way on God’s green earth. There was a time but not now. (I miss those times!!) after that we will be Diamond so even if we pay for a few more here & there, package doesn’t make sense. I was firmly in the DBP camp. Wish I still could be. Sucks to get old!!!👵🏻
  20. There has never been an Indian menu. It was originally made for the crew, then passengers found out about it & started asking for some. There’s no menu because there’s no set offerings. It’s whatever they made that night. And not sure why having to ask for a vegetarian menu (besides the one available DAILY in the app) is such a big deal🤷‍♀️
  21. My daughter got Indian food (more than anyone could possibly eat by themselves) every night. There are vegetarian options listed every night in the menus on the app for my March Harmony cruise and Explorer in October and every other cruise I’ve looked at🤷‍♀️.
