  1. We were told 28 days, and it turned out to be 37 days , but was all good in the end.
  2. We were going to fly to Europe in May, but cancelled in March requesting a full refund due to not being able to fly out of Australia. Qatar Airlines took some time processing it but we finally received the full amount directly into my credit card. Very happy with Qatar's service as they kept me informed during the process.
  3. Update: Just got a second reduction today, so yes it can be done every time you see a lower price. Good hunting!
  4. I did a dummy booking for the same category on the website to see what the current pricing was and got it reduced over the phone. Will be watching with interest but I doubt it will go much lower.
  5. Just got off the phone with them, getting a reduction of nearly $1300, that will pay for the drinks package which is down to $65 a day now. I wonder if it can be done more than once? Hopefully by next March we can sail again, need something to look forward to. We should have been on our Europe trip right now.....
  6. I didn't get an email, can someone please point me to the new policy regarding price drops?
  7. Thanks for the tip - I did get in and got the shock of my life. Drinks package $109.60 😱 Obviously too early for specials....
  8. When I try to go to the cruise planner I get 'Site closed for maintenance' - has been for a few days now. Anyone else get this? We have a cruise booked for next March.
  9. We found it quite cost effective to do one of the ship's excursions, (which we don't normally do) because you get picked up and returned to the ship anyway. It wasn't much more than the shuttle and we had plenty of free time to look around as well as a lovely trip up to Mt Cootha.
