No disappointments, No glitches with medallion class app, No lines at Botticelli at 7pm… The Emerald is in beautiful condition, the staff is warm and welcoming. Princess product on this cruise meets our expectations… “there is nothing better than being on a cruise ship”

    Yes Princess cruises that we cancelled and had cruises that were covid cancelled and the funds were returned to the original gift cards used. Our concern was would Princess cruises return. Since 2021 we have subsequently used all those gift cards.

    May I suggest your friend calls and emails the casino department (again) to get clarification that they are booked as an Ultimate VIP. There will be documents sent to cabin with promotional listings and gifts over the course of cruise. Good Luck to your friend
