Once per voyage for spirits no beer or wine unless you have the ultimate beverage package. You lose your LCV internet benefit and get the suite benefit only
Ann, I had mine replace. Maybe, as I on,y take the vodka abd rum the extra bottle is like a 3d bottle. No real proof on this.

Mine are always up to enjoy the view from the tub. The blind to keep sun out and they do not work

I do not agree at all. I given flowers on birthdays. Magnets as they collect them. Tervis cups, wallets . Jewerly is this year. Butler tough. Maybe after shave if he wears it. I was just in two months and I kept candy and rice crackers on the bed. As far as room goes ..they just make it home. With their own pillows and blankets
Thry are home sick so I saw shop to you drop.

There have been reports of inappropriate comments of a racial nature being made to bar staff (I cannot substantiate but do not doubt the source) and inappropriate finger snapping and feedback to hard working bar staff when guests felt service was slow (I saw that, staff were working flat out and it was uncalled for). As I type this I’ve just heard a guest bark an uncalled for comment at a server whose making more coffees in 5 minutes than I’d manage in an hour.
The reference to 4am relates to the fact that for the second time guests were not following instructions re not flushing items, normally maintenance can fix it quickly but this time two decks did not have flushing toilets for 6 hours and the blockage was so bad staff had to work in the corridors on our deck through the night to resolve the issue.
I appreciate not everyone reads all social media sites, the details there are more graphic but as it’s somewhere that cruise critic rules prohibit full cross referencing this is as far as I will go.
On Quest I heard people being rude to DJ. He had to use Mic to tell them not to drink on dance floor. It was one woman. Another night the man did not like the music. Yet same man was dancing until he did nit like the music. I asked nicely what was wrong with it? He said can you dance to this. So I got up and dance. We never saw those two again.
Before my cruise Quest had many toilet problems due to wrong products. I question if people just do not care or know.
not sure on Pursuit but on Quest captain did not speak of smoking rules, Fire, toilets etc. the CD spoke during the pre drill warnings but no one in the new Den was listening. That included me. Just to loud. Not enough info in hand washing or toilets and maybe once in the daily,s.
so your cruise has rude people who do not treat crew with respect. This happens but the same person then time to report them.

Looks like a fun night. Heike also had great pictures, sometimes the Caribbean does not have the prefect outdoor venue. Never done one inside there or Asia.

We typically spend a week on JVD for New Years. We stop at Soggys for the "tick" but then move on to the locals at Gertrudes, Seddys and Coco Locos. Getrudes (Foxys ex-wife) and Coco Locos (Foxys son Wendell) will let you pour your own drink. Excellent Roti's for lunch at Gertrudes made with love by Olga. Enjoy! 🙂
Thanks going in Dec,

Funny, I want to do it again one more time.

Christmas Eve inside on deck 5 is a huge display of sweets and ice cravings plus the Gingerbread Houses. Christmas Day a lovely brunch. NYE is always White Night and dancing and more ice cravings for the year. Many people have some red or green on for Dec 25th and White Night is more White and Black vs other colors. TMI I learn from many Brazilian crew thru the years that ladies wear color panties vs White. I always ask as I need love and health I am sure it can be google.
enjoy

And that love seat type is the one that converts into a single bed. It’s more comfortable than the other one I think.
Phil
I totally agree about being comfortable;forgot about it being a bed. been in the tub cabin twice since 2016.

As clarification, for readers new to us, some CC suites have a tub with shower and others have walk-in showers. Ellbon is pointing out that those with a shower configuration have an easy chair in the sitting area, while the tub configuration CC suite has a small love seat, to the best of my recollection. Disclaimer: I have not sailed in a CC suite but have toured them. Our loyal guests on this forum could speak from knowledge about the furnishings.
The cabin that has a shower has a chair that reminds of the 50's and only one person can sit with their legs on floor. it is a high back chair. The cabin with the tub is not a love seat- can not sit two small people in it/ But a short and thin person like me can curl their legs into it. not sure how else to explain it.

I have had two major cruises cancel to the point I had to revisit cruises and cancel others to make my. V2B cruises work. Another time we switch after guests had their flights from Turkey to Athens to get on ship. In that case we got 500$ I think. I took a chance and flew to Turkey then back to Athens. The 500 paid fir my flight. Others said it did not cover the changes.
-
Maybe you can read a book with the chair in the shower cabin but I had no place to,curl my legs up. In the bathtub cabin I could.much nicer chair.
also does anyone hear chairs moving about your head when they are cleaning or moving tables in and out fir parties?

Again tours by local orvget a cab from hotel, and go spend hours in the gardens and the museum
-
Tours by locals. But lots you can do on your own with s taxi.
-
Hated the chairs. New storage space etc. left that cabin for spa cabin with less storage but a real sofa. There are two types of CC cabins. The one with the bath had a better chair. I just was like move in. Others are fine with the chairs

Anne
my hotel last year and this year is walking distance to the Brickell Place Mall. It is just lovely walking around and seeing stores that I do not see everywhere. Some interesting places to eat too.
i got the turkey line..I love turkey.
The beach is great. Being in a suite I was golf carted to the beach. Heike served some ice cream to all beaches. This time I saw her Facebook pictures and saw she had a some relax time too.

Thank you Anne and Phil. I would feel the same way but I have met people who like P and O..price in both cases I know of. I have met people from many countries while cruising.
This fall I met people from Spain, AU,England and Canada.
thanks again

Maybe I missed the point of Phil and ..but there are several UK friendly cruiselines that I know sell well..do you prefer a good mix of several, countries or prefer something like P and O.

Speaking for me personally and whist I do my annual travel insurance through Saga because I'm old enough, I wouldn't be seen dead on a Saga ship at the present time. A VERY different demographic from the international nature of a line such as Azamara. Way too many Brits!
Phil
I think we know someone who tried it. Not sure how that person felt compared to some other lines that get more people from the UK.

If you have time in Quito then you should visit La Iglesia de la Compañía de Jesús. I'm churched out too, but it's spectacular and worth a visit. You must climb to the roof. Some great views of the city and inside the high parts of the church.
As regards altitude you will obviously do well to take advice from your doctor, but I didn't take anything for Quito. It's at 9,300 feet and my doctor said the side effects of the medication is not worth the trouble. Cusco is 2,000 feet higher remember. Aside from a little breathlessness at the start I had no ill effects.
I stayed at Le Parc Beyond Stars hotel. Lovely. Heike and Eric stayed there too and enjoyed it.
Apologies to the op for taking this off topic.
Phil
Thank you for the name of the church. Always want to see a church. Or an art museum.
Also thank you for name of hotel. Celebrity uses one I am not sure of. i tend to not like ship hotels.

That's a shame. I spent 7 weeks on Pursuit, starting in Lima and ending in BA end of last year and beginning of this. It was a great trip. Very varied, but South America had some challenges for Azamara, not least that they couldn't fill the ship. Big issue for them. However as I've said before here, the pricing was all over the place and this really can't help.
Phil
finding some cruise fill up vs others. i had one cruise not sailing full in Sept but others were.
I wonder why they keep selling S America if not full. My idea was the long cruise plus others like you did.

Have you been to Quito before? I loved it there. Lots to see in the city and around abouts.
Phil
I was on Regent when we sail down the West Coast on S. America. I might of gone inland fir the day. Can not remember. Looking at tours by locals fir ideas and Hubof Hockey suggested one place. Love suggestions on places besides churches. I can be reach on Facebook.
really do not want to stay at ships hotel. I could upgrade and do private tour and the pool. I found a better hotel but not sure if they can store my suitcases and the Marriot should. Will have summer and some warm clothes for colder weather.
I think i suggested pills due to altitude . I need to be more careful about that then when I did Peru.
i have minus flying a six or seven day window to see more of Lima and some of Quito.
now I need to watch my fall 21 cruises. If I want to get a certain cabin I need to hold it and look at other lines.hmmm first world problems.
New vegan menu questions

The Vegan menu over all was very good. I had two different mains but stayed with the burger. The burger was suggested but hostess, also the bun takes over the sauce..skip the bun and get more spice.
