I noticed on the revised Captain’s Club benefits, there is a Spa wellness Event listed for Elite Plus and above. Does anyone know what this event entails and if it is worth attending? Thank you! Diane

I have no idea. This is the first time. Many suites to bid on, could be due to inventory? We are also Elite Plus. -

@Jim_Iain do you know how the discount they offer at the beginning to bid works? I was offered a 50% discount to bid. Do they offer the discount to everyone? Will my bid count double against someone who does not get the discount? Thank you! Diane -
We received a Move Up bid email with a 50% Discount- limited time offer. Our confirmation bid email had our exact bid as the offer with the total being double as expected. Can anyone clarify how this works? If someone bids after the discount does that diminish the value of our offer? Somewhat confusing.

We are sailing into Rotterdam arriving at 7AM. Hoping to book a flight with miles. Most of the flights offered leave before 11AM which I assume would be too early. There is an 11:40AM flight and wondering if this would be OK to book. If that won’t work, we’ll spend the night and fly out the next morning.

Just checked our unlimited laundry prices. On the Zuiderdam, May 2024 for 28 days, FLL to AMS, the price is $294 or $10.50 a day. Just wondering if anyone has ever seen a sale on these prices, pre-cruise? Diane

We will be cruising as far north as Norway’s North Cape in June. Just wondering if HAL has a Naturalist on board like they do in Alaska. Diane

interesting, we cruise a TA on the Zuiderdam to IJmuiden and then cruise to Norway on the Rotterdam out of Rotterdam. We will have to transfer between the 2 ports. I wondered why they weren’t using Amsterdam. Diane

I did get the estimate online. If it has to double (which I didn’t know) than €630 would be the rate, very close to Romecabs. If that’s what everyone comes in around I can choose. Diane

Cost of a taxi = 500km (that’s round trip) X .63/km = €315. I thought €500 or less would be reasonable. But I’m not an expert on this, for sure. Willing to get the comparisons and make my choice. Hence my asking for recommendations from those in the know. Diane

I’ve used Rome Cabs in the past. They are phenomenal and the one quote that I have already received. As it is pretty high, I did want others to compare. Thank you, Diane
