  1. According to Carnival's site the following is excluded from Cheers

    • Beverages offered through enomatic wine machines and self-serve beer stations

My question is can you still use these stations and just pay for the beer that you self pour? If you do this, does it count towards your 15 drink limit?

I have had Cheers before but never came across these.

    Thanks

  2. I will actually walk around and if I see a few spots with no one there, I will wait the 40 minutes and then remove the items. When the people come back, I just tell them that the Carnival people came by and took their stuff because they were gone so long. This works for me since they have been gone the required amount.

The items get sent to the towel place.

  3. Sea pass is used to open your cabin door and for charges on board. It is also used to get on and off the ship at ports. I think the order is security, check in (photo taken here now) and then get on ship when it opens up.

Doors to the cabins open around 1:30 and you can go in a get your sea pass. If you want to order anything before that, you can use your boarding pass.

  4. This is great advise. Our son is grown now but I remember telling him that he needed to go the first night and we agreed that he would spend 5 minutes. He started talking to two girls and ignored me after that. We did not see a lot from him on that cruise since he spent a lot of time with his group of friends. It is hard to find a group to hang out with once the cliques have formed.

  5. They don’t have Red Bull but they do have Rockstar and sugar free Rockstar. Rockstar and Grey Goose was $13 and it’s totally covered under Cheers.

Totally love a couple of these midday to break up the beer. My poison is Titos and sugar free Rockstar.

They only pour in some of the Rockstar and will give you the rest of the can if you ask for it. You've paid for it so you might as well get it.

  6. however, it's just not true, again, a ridiculous exaggeration "not one waiter on the Lido deck" On the first day they are everywhere pushing there DOD and glass. Never had a problem getting a server, get a good one, they will know your name, folio # and what you drink.

Completely agree. On the first day I find a good one and never have a problem for the rest of the cruise getting a drink by the Lido. Once I came out for a quick drink at the bar and the waiter stopped by and got my beer for me.
