Can you cancel and change excursions on Regent’s website when you are managing your reservation or do you have to call? I tried to rebook but it will not let me do it. My cruise is in two weeks. Barcelona to Istanbul on Explorer.
Thank you

Happy birthday to you. I wish they let you isolate in a suite.

How was the Hotel Sofia Barcelona? We are staying there before our cruise on May 2.
-
Has anyone stayed at this hotel. Regent is housing us here before a cruise and I am wondering where it is and is it nice.
It is part of the Hyatt Unbound Collection.
On previous trips we have stayed at the Hotel Arts.

Love packing cubes. Best thing ever. Take the cube out of your suitcase and put it in a drawer.

I don’t believe so. I think it is for minors under 18. But they better confirm that. I would hate to see them board and think their father would get suite privileges

Our best helipad sail away was down the Grand Canal in Venice when ships could still do that. The sun was setting and all the small boats and water taxis were around us. Celebrity was playing the song by Andrea Bocelli Time to Say Goodbye or Con te parttiro.
It was one in a lifetime experience.

These requirements for a booster were there at least two weeks ago. Our cruise is May 2 from Barcelona and I have been researching the requirements for weeks since I did not hear from Regent until last night.
-
I wonder why they waited so long. We got it at 8:30 p.m. last night for our May 2 cruise. We are boosted but I am sure that there are others who are not.

We are leaving April 30 for our Barcelona to Istanbul cruise. We are boosted but we have not any direction on what we need to do for this cruise. I know we have to fill out Spain’s health app. But what about Italy, France and Greece.
I understand that things are changing daily but Regent should give everyone a heads up for protocols and requirements.
We have had a few excursions canceled also but no follow up.
we have taken three cruises on Celebrity in the last six months and they have seemed to be more organized.

We are in the Royal Suite on Summit and Alex is our Retreat Host, the best we have ever had. We got monogrammed pjs and he actually threw a party with food and drink for our friend’s bd for 8 people.
The shoreside concierge contacted us by email and phone a month before and set up dinner reservations and our preferences.
Her name was Alex also.

Currently in a Royal Suite on Summit and no coffee maker or tea kettle.
-
We were on Summit in a Celebrity Suite and no footstools. The butler and the concierge claimed that they searched the ship.
-
It is not available all day. Only during happy hour. No vouchers needed.

I have to pick excursions for our South American Regent cruise. Are any of you familiar with Colonia Del Sacramento, the oldest city in Uruguay.
When we are in Montevideo, we have the choice to go to this UNESCO listed city.
What do you think?

I drank it at the Martini Bar every night.

We sail both Celebrity in suites and Regent. We are planning to be on Explorer in May in Europe.
Can not wait to hear your take on the similarities and differences. I recognize you from the Celebrity message board.I love Celebrity and Luminae but Regent is a step above when it comes to food.

In the UK, is the airfare priced separately? In the US, it is usually included in the total price. The two cruises that we canceled under the program included the cost of the flights.

Did you have pool access? I believe on our cruise there was 1 excursion with access to the pool and another that just went to the beach and I am not sure if it even had chairs/umbrella included. Right next to 360 is their free beach that people also went to on their own. The pictures and video show what is called Beach Club 360 or Virgin Voyages Beach Club depending on what ship is using it.
Yes we had the pool, chairs, umbrellas and beach. Also bar service and access to the restaurant.

All I can tell you that on our sailing there were two different excursions, Beach 360 and Bimini Beach. Bimini Beach was an upgrade. The sign for Beach 360 was in a different place.
I do not know if they changed signs but I wish I had the excursion list to post.
It was only for passengers from Celebrity that day.

No the Beach 360 club is different. I think our Summit sailing was the first to go to Bimini Beach. We passed 360 on the way to Bimini Beach. BB is much nicer.
