  1. Agree about the first night, no matter if it's SD or TD. The great thing (for us) about having reservations for SD is we always request the same table for the entire cruise. Walk right in and sit down. Now where is the sommelier. 🍷
  2. If you want to switch from TD to SD then you will need to call Celebrity and make that request. Or if you used a TA then you need too call your TA and have them call Celebrity and make the request on your behalf. Can't be done on Celebrity's website.
  3. You can select all 4 of them if you want. You can reserve your SD times and restaurants now in your CP.
  4. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01E4SQNLS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I put them on our suitcases prior to leaving the pre cruise hotel. No staples or tape require.
  5. No it doesn't. Anyway, this was resolved last night. 🤣 Go back a few posts and you'll clearly see that. Celebrity website is consistently inconsistent.

  7. We've had them on our September 2019 NE/Canada cruise on the Summit.
  8. Yes. I recently changed dining rooms for our SD on our March 2023 Apex cruise. Kept the same times.
  9. Thank you. I was almost ready to start using drugs again. Why not combine the two categories!
  10. No need to. Post #15 has the current link from Celebrity's website. What are you seeing under what not to pack from that link?
  11. Sorry. Could be worse. You could be gold. Your tier level has been realigned. Your SeaPass card will reflect that once you are onboard,
  12. That's the link I posted. I'm not seeing travel steamers under what not to pack. Is this the twilight zone.
  13. Weird. Not in the link I posted in my post# 15 which is from Celebrity's website, today. For my own curiosity provide the link you found this. Like I said, I always thought travel steamers were a no no and was surprised it wasn't listed in the current link on Celebrity's website.
  14. I only see (cut and pasted)... Candles & Incense ***Coffee Makers, Clothes Irons, & Hot Plates
  15. Not sure if you have the option to reserve SD times once onboard using the app. I wouldn't think so. You should do all your reservations now. I pre-book all our SD times in my Cruise Planner under "manage trip" as soon as we book. The sooner the better if you want earlier dining times for SD.
  16. Where ARE steamers on the prohibited list!!!! I thought they were but didn't see it listed on the latest Celebrity link I posted. Not that it really matters to me as we don't own or would take one.
  17. Here's your guidance. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/prohibited-items-onboard-policy How the knuckle heads at the terminal interrupt it is another issue.
  18. Drying your laundry on the balcony is a deciding factor on stateroom type. 🤣
  19. Not listed in their prohibited item lists. You can bring on a hairdryer, curling iron and hair straightener. https://www.celebritycruises.com/faqs/before-you-board
  20. What do you mean by proctored testing ends Monday? Or is this a UK thing?
  21. No biggie. Photo isn't necessary at time of checking in on the app. I never take ours. They'll take it at the embarkation terminal. Fast and over. I've read on CC that some not all that do a selfie still end having to get their pictures taken again.
  22. As it should be. What's the attraction of the CL over the DL if not staying in a full suite? We prefer the DL over the CL on the class ships we've cruise on. We didn't have access to the CL on our last cruise (March) as non suite cruisers but we preferred the location of the DL over the CL on the Explorer.
  23. I enjoy the Captains Corner. Good way to kill some time on a sea day.
  24. We are more concerned about pre cruise testing. Wish testing would go away like wearing the masks finally did.
