You can pre order both I believe.  The 12 pack is the smaller bottles and is less than $5. I do not know the price of larger bottles.

I mean the complimentary ones you pick up at the bar...which size are those.

The 12  pack you pre order for $5 are the small ones.

This is not the first time I'm reading of this new non-delivery system!

Makes me wonder what's up? What was the problem

with 'going home' to your cabin to find little surprises and treats?

    Was the system broken somehow?
Was it too much work for the cabin stewards?
Does this now save the Corporate Bean-counters 6.3 cents per cabin?

It doesn't make sense to me. I also read that if you order the case of water pre cruise that it will be in your room(delivered)  I am guessing that they hope you won't go pick up the stuff...saves a few pennies.

If it says bring your original card that's what I'm bringing. I read someone said she forgot hers and she and her entire party werent allowed to board. Not taking a chance, though sounds like she was trying to pull a fast one. I'm going to worry a bit until I go thru a boarding myself without a hitch.

    I ordered a combination passport/vaccine card holder.

  4. Okay, so this is also not the answer you are looking for either, but it is getting closer.

I have 4 cabins booked for Sept out of Galveston. At least one of my cabins will not have anyone vaccinated (ages 15 - 45) and they will not vaccinate. This room is 75% paid so not PIF. Carnival let us move final payment out to July 21.

I spoke with someone from resolutions and was told that if when they announce Sept. protocols and vaccinations are required, they should be able to get a full refund or move funds to another cruise.

If they decide to cancel prior to the final pymt  date(that was moved out), they would lose $50 pp for the admin fee. The remaining could be moved to a FCC.

The carnival person also said, if protocols have not been announced by the FP date to see if the FP date can be moved out again.

I hope that was not too confusing.

So if you cannot go because of the vaccinated only mandate for cruises, you will lose everything?  Am I reading this right?  Wouldn't they give you a 100% future cruise credit instead?

I don't know. Every time I tried to figure out what she said, it seemed contradictory. After an hour on the phone I just couldn't take anymore.

Sounds about right to me. I'd start making other plans though and anticipate the vaccine requirements being in place.

It will affect 3 cabins. My hubs and myself are vaccinated so we are going.

I thought that after final payment you would lose at least the full deposit. Maybe because they extended fp it isn't truly lost yet?

  8. I saw on here about the health assessment so I thought I would check on my 4 rooms I have booked for Sept. I know some of the folks are not going to get vaccinated. I checked the first guy and submitted that he would not be vaccinated and got a message that said to call Carnival prior to coming to the pier.

I called the # and spoke with a resolutions agent. I told her one of my cabins would definitely not be vaccinated and that they were in the 25% penalty phase right now. I was waiting for Carnival to put out the Sept. protocols and hoping they would allow for a refund.

50% penalty is coming up in a few days, so I was definitely going to cancel them prior to that. I was told that even at the 75% phase they would only lose the $50 pp admin fee and the remaining would go on a FCC.

This is supposing the the Sept protocol allows unvaccinated people. If vaccination is require like it is today then the full amount could be refunded.

    Does this sound right?

EDIT: They had moved the final payment out to July 21, so  maybe that makes a difference??? Original final payment had been June 10, I think.

Just wondering if you've looked at your itinerary in cruise manager? Mine isn't until Sept but it's your same itinerary. Last night I noticed Cozumel is gone 🤔

Did you click on View Full Calendar? It should show Cozumel then.

  10. I believe those who are booked on carnival in July rcvd this in an email. Vaccine Exemption Communication

    VACCINE EXEMPTION COMMUNICATION

The CDC’s guidelines for operating a highly-vaccinated cruise provide the ability to accommodate a small number of unvaccinated guests (children under 12 who cannot be vaccinated and exemptions as required by federal law) on restricted voyages, based on the total number of vaccinated guests on board. If you would like to be considered because a member of your traveling party is unvaccinated and meets this criteria, please complete the information below to receive a follow-up communication with the requirements to be considered and the specific protocols you will be required to observe.
