We are disembarking in BCN 10/21/23 and will be spending a few days there before flying home. I really want to go to Costa Brava. I have done a ton of research, but I have read so much conflicting info on whether or not things will be open that late in October. So, my question is, is there enough to see and do on a day tour? I really don’t care about shops and restaurants being open. If they are, they are, but I want to go see the sights. I am looking at doing a day tour on Sunday. The company offers this tour on this day, but I would like to verify info from my CC peeps! I know that companies don’t always disclose very important info! 😜

Are we able to still print boarding passes?

I understand lots of you use the airport ATM or get it when you get to your destination; however, I was a mortgage underwriter who was laid off months ago, so saving every penny where I can is very important to us right now in order to still make this cruise work for us.

We are definitely getting our Euros before we go on our cruise in October. I was hoping to be able to obtain our foreign currency at our local bank, but after calling them last week, I was advised they are not doing it anymore. So, I have found two other places that I can check into which are AAA and a place called foreign currency exchange here in Tampa.

We’ll be on Enchanted Princess stopping in Santorini. I am trying to figure out where we will be tendered to if not taking a ship excursion? Oia or Fira? Also, do we need a tender ticket or is that for folks who booked a ship excursion? Thanks!

I have been searching but have not been able to find any info on excursions in Montenegro. I was looking at going to Lipa Cave, but it is pretty pricey through the cruise line, of course. Is there an easy way to get there from the Cruise Port on our own?

We are doing our first Mediterranean cruise this year. What kind of adapter do we need for that?

We got our plan together! My mother-in-law is going to take us and drop us off and then go down to Port St. Lucie and stay with one of her best friends for the weekend and then come back and get us. That works out great for us!

I certainly didn’t expect valet only. 🤪 I found a Walmart nearby, so I think we’ll look at that as an option.

Are there any other parking options near the port of West Palm? Valet is not an option for us. We don’t mind walking if we need to. I had no idea they were valet only when we booked the weekend getaway. 😣

Cruising is one of the reasons we moved here to FL 2 yrs ago. We booked this ship a few weeks ago for Memorial Day weekend. We are super excited to be getting back on a ship!!

We have been cruising for over 15 years and have been on many different lines…my hubby has always worn dress shorts in the MDR’s for dinner (except formal nights) and has never been asked to change. I will never understand why people let what others wear bother them? As long as I’m not watching “naked and afraid”, while I’m eating, I don’t care what others are wearing. 😜

I’m not being abstruse at all, so, I apologize if I came across that way. I wear a bathing suit or skorts on ships, so I don’t have pockets. I don’t carry a pocketbook at all on vacations. Hubby carries our key card, but I know he will not carry that medallion in his pocket.
