Seems like the North Americans are saying the same as us.

Yes great deals, but look at the air fares.

 

According to the article the cruise lines have dropped the fares as much as they can, and now to fill the ships, they are offering discounted air fares to get folk over there.

Wish they could offer cheap fares from downunder.:mad:

 

 

very interesting as cruise prices keep dropping as the US dollor keeps falling, but the cruise lines are still making a good proffit even though they giving out great deals at way lower prices.

I saw the Photo's Kiwi cruiser posted and the mini suites are the same as the Pacific Dawn, just different daycor.

when the Pacific Dawn went in to dry dock they put rubber feet on all the chairs on lido deck

we have stayed in cabins A160, A150 and A110 with very little if any sound.

A115 yes bad for sound but that was when the pizza rear was above it now its lukes.

on the Pacific Dawn if that is any help and they are the nearly the same ship

Big deal! I have a friend who lives in Hong Kong which is about 3,000 kms away!

but its now where near Semarang

yes it was so many years ago per family days lol.

A very nice place with lots a shpping and food and culture.

what happened to P&O. P&O Australia revamped it's Security/Alcohol policies. The company adopted the NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy (RSA.) One way of enforcing that policy is to be able to control the alcohol flow on board by refusing passengers bringing their own booze on board ship.
