I would just point out that I have never seen a sign stating not to bring glass ware, bottles, out on the pool or sun deck. I think it would be great to ban glass on decks where people are more likely to be barefoot. One morning in a solarium I was just about to settle into a chair and noticed a broken glass that someone just left there. If I had already kicked off my sandals I would have likely had a slashed foot.

That happened to me last January. Good luck finding a flight. Most of the continental US will be a mess for the next day or two.
