I think both travel time and dock space are involved. I remember one time, I think on Adventure, we had to vacate the pier and a, new at that time, Q class ship was waiting in the harbor to dock at the pier that we were leaving. I do remember the two ships having a pretty epic horn battle.🙂

One time on Freedom we missed Labadee due to weather and got to spend the next day in San Juan from 7 AM to 10 PM. I thought that was a great tradeoff.

The last thing I need at the end of the day is a piece of candy to cover up the taste of all the great martinis I just finished drinking 🍸 as well as that awesome Sorrento's 🍕 I just ate.

And we all know that RCI isn't the best at doing math either so this should be interesting.

Simply two different cruise experiences. I like both classes of ship. I think Freedom offers a bit more of a relaxing cruise. On O class ships there is aways something going on and I don't get much down time. I have Freedom booked next because it is an 8 nighter and 4 ports with no private stops. Those cruises are harder to come by. I've enjoyed every cruise that I've done on an F class ship. However, if I had the choice of Freedom or Odyssey for the same cruise I'd most likely choose Odyssey.

Great. Bring back the RC Singers and Dancers. Invitation to Dance should be back on every ship.🥺🥺🥺 Maybe RCI can start selling a new ship tour where people get to see all the high tech in the theaters that is no longer used.

So what happens if you have to cancel after final payment or you are a no show? Do they break out the taxes and fees and refund them?

Was that so they could try to limit the amount of uncontrolled movement as the weight fell off the ship?

Be very careful about that "bell ringer". We know a lot more about head trauma than we did years ago. Another impact to your head in the near future could bring out far more severe symptoms and a full blown concussion. Years ago I'd let a football player with a bell ringer back into a game if their symptoms resolved quickly. These days they don't stand a chance of getting back in. So... be careful and be smart.

Noon would have been a very late arrival. You are much better off getting there at 7 AM.
