Pat, we are on the Celebrity Infinity for the first cruise and it is the second time to South America although it will feel like the first time (we have been to Columbia and Panama on a cruise). Don't worry, We will share details on our return.:D
We're doing Panama Canal on Infinity March 30, so will def look forward to your report.

Mic...what cruise line are you sailing this holiday? First time to S America? Guess you will have plenty to share once you are back in March!
I don't know if I can wait another 3 1/2 months....want to get sailing right now. Deanna, you'll be leaving soon, too! Think about us land-locked souls while you're enjoying those ocean breezes.

Yes, I leave in 2.5 weeks and want to get 4 pounds off before then. I've been pigging out ALOT lately, like been really bad and gained 4 pounds because of it. Last night I made hot wings, seemed harmless enough. I ate a good dozen of them and afterward got curious as to how many calories are in a chicken wing. WHO KNEW? 85 calories per wing!! That's crazy. I ate my whole daily allotment in wings not to mention breakfast, lunch, snacks, caeasar salad with dinner etc etc.
Mic, have a BLAST on your cruise. Eat lots, you deserve it. I plan on pigging out on the cruise, the only problem is that my next cruise after this one is 6 weeks away so I'll have to lose quickly.

I have lost another 0.6 kgs this week, leaving me with the unlikely task of reaching my target weight of another 0.9 kgs in the one and a bit weeks before I go. I am glad that I have now lost 7.7kgs since the hulagans cruise, so it puts me in a great place to indulge if I want on this next holiday.:D
You should be really proud of yourself Mic, congrats!! :D

It is 16 night cruise but the package includes safaris in Kruger and the Okavango delta, the Victoria falls, all flights including the return to Australia, meals etc. Haven't sailed Cunard before, as it is normally too expensive (6*) but as the package price was so good thought we may give it a go and we may find we like it.:D

I hit my lowest weight ever this morning. Not really a good thing as I don't want to lose, just want to tone. I still haven't budged at all on my New Year's resolutions to ride the bike and do floor work, haven't even done one day or one attempt. Truly sad. Where is my motivation???

Keep working at it Marsha, you can do it. And congrats on the upcoming 45th wedding anniversary, truly an accomplishment. Hooray for a May cruise as well.
My next cruise is 30 days away yikes!

I'm up a pound this morning but well deserved thanks to the delicious cherry chip cake I had two helpings of last night ..... yum. It was sooo worth it lol.

I'm down 2 this week. New Year's Eve we are headed out to dinner with my parents at one of those Japanese places where they cook your meal right at your table. Yum, I can already taste my filet mignon slurp.

Mic and Pat, thank you for the kind words. Woke up this morning to a two pound loss and have no idea how because I polished off a whole bag of chocolates yesterday and had the cheesiest grilled cheese for dinner, and oh ya had popcorn and chips before bed. Bad Deanna lol.
Pat, our next cruise is mid Feb and goes to the Caribbean, but we are hitting 2 new ports for us ... St. Bart's & Grand Turk. We also have another cruise 6 weeks later going down to the Panama Canal. We have never cruised so close together and would never again but the Caribbean one was too good of a deal to pass on, super cheap when we booked, it sold out in a week. And the Panama one, we thought about cancelling but we have the free drink packages and also $400 obc so didn't want to give all that up.

Thanks for the encouragement Pat. Feeling great this week. Was rushed to emergency again last week for critically low potassium but I got an infusion and they have upped my daily dose, so feeling well and back into the swing of things. :D
I hope with the new year I stick out a resolution to get on that bike and do some floor exercises as well. I will be six weeks out to my next cruise so time to crunch ... literally lol.

Well keep up the good work, I'm up 5 this past week, however had 2 IV infusions which usually make me gain. Sigh, the battle continues.

Here is hoping, it is the season and we have a weekend of Xmas parties/gatherings coming up so it may be harder than anticipated.:D
I've got a double whammy next week. Christmas luncheon on Wednesday in a nice Greek restaurant and then Christmas dinner out with friends Wed night. I'll have to be super good Mon & Tues and try to lose 1 - 2 pounds to accommodate 2 meals out on Wed.

Keep up the good work Mic. I continued to gain after I got back and was up a total of 12 pounds and have lost 11 of those. I was really good about exercising on the bike daily last week but fell off the wagon on the weekend and did nothing. I actually had 2 naps yesterday lol. Making buffalo chicken wraps and Caesar salad for dinner tonight yummy!

I still haven't found the courage to exercise at all this year sigh. I'm 4.5 pounds over where I want to be when I head out on my cruise in 8 days. HELP!! Crash diet begins today lol.
