  3. Same exact experience. Only problem was it kept happening. I have spent about 10 hours total on the phone when this occurs. It has now happened three times where a balance shows due and OBC cx excursions as unpaid. Watch your invoices, e-mails and website accounting.
  4. Is your bag big enough. Ok now here's the problem. If you and I get there first, will there be anything left in the lounge to take back to rooms? With everyone now doing this can you just imagine the number of times they will be restocking the frig in the retreat lounge. I'm laughing because this is going to be comical for sure. Two of three folks will empty that frig and snack dish. Oh boy what a mess they have created.
  5. Well, that was special. I guess you don't expect to get what you paid for in everything in life? I however think that if I pay for something, I should get it. Let me ask this. If you go to the grocery store, select your items, go to the check out and pay for the items, do you expect to leave with them? Perhaps you just pay for them and leave without them. Same issue!!!
  6. Not true. There is no limit. BUT there is a gimick. Our invoice got so messed up because they repriced the cruise related to the discount they use when you use AARP Gift Cards. By the time they were done, our OBC had disappeared, excursions cancelled and the balance due was wrong. It took hours and hours to get it straightened out and it is still not right. We are still missing $400.00 in OBC which was the amount I saved using the Cards, Buyer Beware.
  7. Since you utilized your butler 3-4 times a day, that put a load on the butler cutting down on service to others. Guess your service and everyone else's will now be almost non-existent

  9. I just completely read all the posts and find, as you have, that no one is really answering your question. You asked for current information and are getting all kinds of what-if's again. I am truly interested in your question as I also have a SS booked and would love to know ahead of time what is what. Some posters just have to have their two cents in with every topic and they like to flaunt what they believe is their knowledge (which is usually just a guess). Some of them even over utilized their Butlers so that they are now being done away with because some folks monopolize things preventing others from enjoying the same advantages. You and most of us all know who you are.
  10. How pompus of you to call us "whining" about what we were sold and then have changed without notice or compensation. It's folks like you that make this kind of thing possible for the cruise lines to get away with. Oh well, I'll just go spend extra money (pay twice for meals) and go to Muranos or Tuscan. Not everyone can afford the extra cost. For a lot of us, this cruise was planned, saved for and highly anticipated for what was advertised and the changes are just plain WRONG!
  11. Well to be honest my car payments was less. They are soooo over priced and the pressure to sell you extra products and added tip is outrageous.

I would think that after all the posts and menu changes, we as cruisers would finally get the message that they are trying to get us to go the extra mile (money wise) and book Special Restaurants. I am sure the quality there is what most of us expected from the Main Dining Rooms in the past. That quality and variety has now moved to extra charge items and restaurants. Win, win for them. Extra costs for us. In the majority of posts I have read, folks are saying enough is enough of the MDR, going to do specialty restaurants from now on. Yep, the cruise line wins again!
  14. Yes. It is called EPCOT Cruise Connection. They only provide service on Friday, Sat, Sun and Monday. No weekday service. We love it. Door to door 888-501-5388 or 941-856-8762

  17. OMG and your posting is the only one for real. Noting anyone else has been told by X is creditable? You would think with the history of misinformation direct from X you would know better.
  18. You mean because you will not be able to call your butler 2-4 times each day like before? I'm sure cruisers that over utilize the butlers are the reason for the change. Folks that only call once in a while or even as little as once a day get cheated by those that call several times a day. Know what I mean?

  20. Looks like you will be kissing your two times daily service from a Butler to maybe a team? This change is probably because so many cabins utilized the Butlers so much others didn't get a chance at the same service. Know what I mean? I'm just sayin!
