  1. they were landslide on Saturday when I arrived. Collected bags, went through the doors to find the reps waiting with boards. In Gran Canaria in December was surprised to see reps in the baggage hall waiting
  2. Agree that is for those that booked before the change. I am travelling Saturday to Onward, booked before the change so flying to Venice and not being charged extra for the longer transfer. the other thing to consider if you are making your own flight arrangements is to look at Bologna if an option as closer to Ravenna
  3. 4 cruises since December 3 x balcony cabin...no fizz 1 x CC suite...fizz
  4. It wasn't open for dinner on my last cruises
  5. Windows sunset bar area. (had my Christmas dinner there...was lovely)
  6. when you sign into a device for internet and select whole voyage it will initially show $19.95 per day but will then show the discounted amount before you accept Laundry bag I have just filled and it comes back with 'free' on the chitty (without me flagging anything)
  7. which ship? I've been on Journey and Quest this year and not open on either (but think Quest may have had it open when in the Caribbean)
  8. the Grand Prix excursion is here https://www.azamara.co.uk/shore-excursion-details/MPGP?voyage_ref=jr09m222 be good to know from anyone that went, how many places there were this year
  9. Looking at my email history 8th May departure - email received 11th March 11th June departure - email received 2nd April 18th June departure (B2B with above) also received 2nd April
  10. Guess website still not updated. Foc tests no longer since 1st may. I boarded 8th and came with test from previous day - no other test required
  11. checkin now open for my trips next month from Italy from Explore Well at Sea for Italy COVID-19 Test Result Travelers must provide evidence of a negative result for SARS-CoV-2 that has been conducted within 3 days of boarding the ship. Proof of a negative test is not required however for all travelers that have completed their vaccination(i.e., 14 days have elapsed since the last vaccination, depending on the doses required) and hold a vaccination certificate. from checkin info page Pre-Arrival Testing Guests will be welcome to embark after presenting proof of a negative COVID-19 test at the embarkation port........ I suspect they have badly worded the country requirements and negative test still required to board...but who knows...will also be watching this thread (and for changes on the website!)
  12. whilst that is possible with a PCR, it is uncommon. Average for a PCR I believe is about 3-4 weeks Less common for a lateral flow to give a positive reading when no longer infections, should be clear in most people in 7-10 days
  13. I am currently on Quest, think we have around 580 passengers and had previously been on Journey with 250ish re Windows, there is an outside seating area called the Sunset Veranda, tables are set up with glasses, cutlery etc and you can order and be served there. Menus have been on a theme each night, last night was Thai night, there has been Chinese, Italian, German etc and will be expecting British and Indian nights. smallish menu, usually 3 x starters, a soup, 3 or 4 mains and 2 deserts. Difference with passenger numbers and entertainment. With the smaller numbers there was one showtime each night, with the bigger numbers there are two.
  14. I suspect the links to outdated statements I boarded Quest in Rome 2 days ago I had taken my test on Saturday morning (more than 24 hours before boarding) The only people tested at the port were those that had not tested in advance I had travelled previously pre 1st May and the testing at port and waiting 15 minutes for result was the norm then
