  1. Anyone know how to book the airport transfer? Perhaps it can only be done on board? (I don't need an airport to port transfer as I'm coming in early - just to clarify that I don't know how to do it.)
  2. It doesn’t matter, as either way you can put more in.
  3. I waited till I got home so I could use the computer. Logged out and back in - all green now! Thanks!
  4. On the second half of the back-to-back, keeps saying red, documentation incomplete, but each individual category is green. I saved them all again. Still the same red/green mismatch.
  5. I have a back-to-back booked. Doesn't appear to recognize such. Gives me a choice of flying out or staying in the vicinity of the port. Correction: date is right, port is wrong. I did see "IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE AN AIRPORT TRANSFER, CONTACT OUR RESERVATION OFFICE EMAIL: TRANSFERS@CRYSTALCRUISES.COM"

  7. Good thing I have a Crystal Cruise booked. Otherwise I might have subcumbed to temptation when I saw what restaurant is in the hotel lobby here in Budapest.
  8. They’ve said so including dance classes and Ambassador Hosts.
  9. Airport to port transfers will be provided to those purchasing cruise air and be separately available for purchase for those doing their own air.
  10. Yes, Keith. Please continue to post. Besides wanting to know for myself, I share with many who are not (gasp) Cruise Critic followers.
  11. Dan’s great. I’ve been on with him a few times over the years.
  12. I wonder what the charge will be for the Sushi Connoisseur menu: toro, uni etc.
  13. On iPhone using Safari, select the two lines in the upper LEFT corner, scroll down, just above the Request a Quote, is the newly added Account.
  14. New category: Featured Musician. What’s this?
  15. Earlier announcement said accounts would be available for booking restaurants etc 60 days before sailing.
  16. My certificate was also less than I expected. Exceptional Initiative obtained the information from the Assignee as to the approved amount per claim and sent it to me. Last Friday I responded with additional documentation showing where/how the Assignee had erred. I’m waiting to hear back.

  18. Progress report. Crystal Exceptional Initiative sent me the Assignee's claim chart. Very helpful. The Assignee made two errors, in one case confusing a credit card chargeback for an Alaska cruise with a claim on a Miami cruise. I've sent additional information. Fingers crossed this will take care of it.
  19. Good points but not applicable in my case as I had already made those adjustments. They’ve not replied to my email. Does anyone have a name/phone number?
  20. Explora 1 now not going to Brazil in 2024 but will instead be in the Caribbean October 2024 April 2025.
  21. Thanks for the suggestion. I have sent an email to Moecker asking why my certificate is $1452 less than I expected.
