  1. This may be why UK customers are apparently getting better terms than some other countries: Pre Contract Consumer Letter (UK).pdf
  2. This is showing on the Regent website (UK version anyway): As a result of the tragic events which took place in Israel over the weekend our Custom Air Department will be closed on Monday and Tuesday , October 9th and 10th , as our air team is working diligently on rebooking guests both currently on the Voyager as well as those embarking on October 15th. If you are contacting the air team regarding the two Voyager sailings impacted, our air team is in the rebooking process and will be forwarding the new air schedules as soon as they are available. Due to the number of guests impacted we are unable to take custom air requests. We ask for your patience while we work through this process.
  3. It's also worth looking on YouTube - there are a number of videos on both ships, some quite recent.
  4. Just curious - does anyone know what happens to the crew during a dry dock?
  5. I know that view very well! We were less than half a mile away from you - we have an apartment at Borough Market, just before London Bridge (it doesn't have such good views though!)
  6. Yes, I was wondering about this as well. After a bit of searching I found that the 'Shows' tab only shows up on Grandeur and Splendor cruises - but I guess the shows are similar on all ships.
  7. Although as has been said, tipping is not necessary in Japan, if you have had an exceptional experience and do feel you want to tip, you should place cash in an envelope before handing it over.
  8. We're on a cruise on Voyager which ends on April 6 2024 at Lisbon. There is a 4 day post cruise program listed - 'Lisbon Landmarks and Beyond 2023-25'. We're not doing it but there may be a similar offering on your cruise - might be worth giving Regent a call. Which sailing are you on?
