    The prices are insane. I’m going in June & booked back in 2021. Now my cruise is almost triple what we paid. We are in 2bdrm Haven. That suite is now going for $17,000 pp. insane

    I’ve been in the Haven for over 14 years. I won’t give my butler a letter. I’ve always been very happy with my butlers. I was just curious. And now I’m not

    Yes there is a night butler. I tip them when they come because sometimes it’s not the same butler.

    I have my night butler bring me chicken wings when I get back from casino after 0100😂😂

    Butlers can’t read minds so you need to have requests so they can make your cruise more enjoyable. In Europe my butler even told me what sights to see & best way to see them. Also I got pneumonia on a cruise & my butler was so sweet bringing me soup, crackers, ginger ale etc. she would check on my twice daily.

    I agree tip at end. Seems like a bribe to do it first day. I’ve loved every butler I’ve had. And the concierge have been great too

    Hi everyone I’m sailing in June on Prima. I booked in 2021. My suite is now 3xs the price I booked at. With the current 40% off it is still about twice as much. Anyone find these prices ridiculous? They want $27,000pp for 2bedroom. Or new “discount” is $33,000 for 2people. I’m kinda shocked

    Ok someone help me please. I’ve been looking for the casino on Prima. I can’t find it. I’m booked for next June, thank God. From when I booked to now 2bdrm suite is up $4,000😱. Anyway I can’t find casino. Am I going blind? TIA

    I agree. I was on Getaway in April for TA & most crew members hated the masks. I miss seeing their smiles. The casino was only place crew didn’t mind, because of cigarette smoke. I’ll be on cruise in October hoping testing & masks for all are voluntary
