  1. isatransportation@yahoo.com (Carlos) We use them every year back and forth between airport to hotel, hotel to port and port to airport and they have been reliable to a T. Just request installed car seats when scheduling a ride. Very good pricing vs other competitors. We had bad experience with those other pre-mentioned shuttle services (no-shows etc).
  2. We cruise with our kids (now 6 & 3) at least once a year since they have been in utero. We started out with the car seats and have used car service with car seats for the last 5 years. We now use ISA Transportation when in FLL (airport to pre-cruise hotel to Port Everglades back to FLL) and they provided car seats in the past. Our experience has been professional, reliable, quality service, reasonable pricing each time and I would recommend them over the shuttle services (which we have used also - with one not showing up) hands down any day ! 3. I heard that Adventure Antigua was the only tour that actually stops and swims @ Hell's Gate, but maybe that is no longer the case. Antigua is such a beautiful island that no matter what tour you choose, I'm sure it promises to be a great time. Cheers & enjoy !
  4. I will check out Mystic Beach. Is there an entrance fee? How much is chair rental? It is a public beach - part of Runaway Bay - so no entrance fee and the chairs & umbrella were likely not more than $20 as I recall. Surprising that the recent reviews are mixed; we were there Feb 2018 so maybe things have changed ? On the Adventure Antigua ride, we passed a small private island with a white sand beach front - I think there was a ship excursion to spend a couple hours there - Robinson Crusoe experience. Looked intriguing also.... There's also Jolly Beach and BeachLimerz that may be worth exploring...
  5. We've been to Antigua twice on cruise stops - we're experienced cruisers, are fairly adventurous, love the water with 2 young kids (6, 3) : i) First time we spent the day at Mystic Beach - had amenities and a restaurant. The weather was so-so but the water was warm, calm and we had a nice time. ii) Last week we were there again and did the Eco-Tour excursion with Adventure Antigua (https://adventureantigua.com/the-eco-tour) that took us to Hell's Gate (my 6-Y-O and I swam across and did the climb up to the top), Bird Island, and snorkel stop off the boat at a Coral Reef between there and St John's. We had drinks and delicious lunch served on board at Bird Island where we swam with a guided tour on top for panaramic views. We had an incredible day and we not only recommend this but can't wait to try their other tour Circumnav speedboat tour with stop at Stingray City.
  6. I think this is a fairly subjective blanket statement considering it appears one didn't visit other beaches on this beautiful island. Martinique is one of the larger islands in the South Caribbean, developed and sophisticated, French-influenced with a variety of different coastlines and beaches, many to the south and east. This island offers much to see and experience. We just returned from our cruise and we spend an amazing day in Martinique (Jan 29). We did a morning tour beginning in Fort de France with Karidream (top rated on TripAdvisor!) to see dolphins and snorkel at this fish-laden spot Fond Bouché right off our tour boat - all terrific. We were dropped off at Anse Mitan where we swam, had a late lunch and took the ferry back to F-d-F. On that day, the sun was out, the white sand at Anse Mitan was fluffy, the water calm and inviting, and we could have easily stayed another couple of hours. Karidream also has an afternoon session to snorkel in the south with sea turtles and cave stop for snorkeling, which we hope to do next time. We can't wait to return and see more of Martinique !
  7. I believe our Fantastic experience included unlimited water at dinner so it was replenished as needed. I cant recall having to order another bottle and being refused. But it may be the promotion associated with our booking - not sure.
  8. We also toured landscapes of Cagliari with Dirk from Secrets of Sardegna and had an amazing time. It was the highlight of our Mediterranean cruise. Dirk is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about showing you these beautiful sights that you couldnt possibly with a ship's tour. So very worth it !
  9. Just off of the MSC Divina in the MED and we were served our choice of water - still or sparkling - in the dining room. Our young kids prefer the still and others in our party chose sparkling. We had a fantastic waiter who got to know our preferences quickly over our week-long cruise and made sure we were not wanting for anything drink-wise.
  10. We have been to St Thomas a number of times crusing with our young kids. Cokie Beach is our go-to after having tried several others. The water was clear, warm, shallow and calm - you can feed the fish with bread crumbs and they swim all around. The times we were there, the beach traffic was reasonable and not swarmed with cruisers. Beach chairs and food is available. It was a great choice for us the last two visits.
  11. Was this a custom tour or one of their offerings on their site ? If the latter which tour was this ? Thanks !
