If you’re not paid in full, you can rebook at the Lowe rate. However, if perks have changed, you will receive the current promotions, mot those you have currently.

After final payment, NCL will allow a one time change to your booking, refunding 25% of the difference in onboard credit.

    This is not always true

only to add ... the non-alcoholic drinks are mostly unlimited - water, fuzzy water, gun soda (no cans) coffee, teas, maybe Red Bull? - the OP needs to go to the Princess website and read ALL the terms and conditions of the PBP

The package includes all bottled water (500ml only), fountain sodas, fresh juices (if available), specialty coffees and teas, Gong Cha items, Frappés at Coffee & Cones, milk shakes (if available) and Red Bull energy drinks.

I assume they changed the sensivity of the Medaillons door unlock mechanism.

The first days we could hear our door already unlock when we were steps away and the door not in sight. Now we need to be near the door

I tried to buy one of the sports bracelets some days ago, but they had non in stock yet, just many on their show displays

I used the Medaillon in the Casino yesterday, works the same like the card

We like their Game shows in Princess Theater. Who's the Cuckoo, Yes or No, Liars' Club...those were real fun.

Yesterday we had breakfast in Allegro. What a boring looking dining room, like a Cafeteria. Will not go there again, the atmosphere was weird. They brought me some unsalted butter and Nutella for my croissants. I was so thankful!

Too bad that the cruise is over soon. We really enjoy Princess

Wow can't believe that 49 day cruise is over. Time sure flies by!

Thanks so much for taking the time out of your vacation to giving us information.

  4. This is pretty much the norm with all cruise lines with the exception being maybe on Carnival only with their Early Saver rates.

Try asking for an upgrade? Other than that , the cruise is paid off  just go and have a good time. No need to stress yourself out about the price drop as much as you think it's not fair that's the way the cookie crumbles.

The problem I'm having is that I want to pre-pay my grats now but on the NCL site you click on to pay them, it states it's not available at this time. Huh? How do I pay before 3/31 if the website won't let me?

Just call Norwegian, they should be able to help you with that payment over the phone.

I haven't posted here in a long time as we haven't been able to cruise for awhile!  We have decided on a Panama Canal Cruise for the upcoming 50th wedding anniversary.  I'm just starting to research.  We live in Southern California so are looking at the 19 day round trip LA or we could fly to Florida and do the 15 day back to LA.  This will probably be our only time to do a cruise to Panama so would love opinions on which cruise to pick.  I think we would prefer the Coral through the old locks just from what I've already read.  Thanks in advance for your opinions!

I would definitely go for the 15 day one where you have to fly. That cruise will give you the full Panama Canal transit experience crossing all the locks.

The roundtrip from LA although nice because no flying involved, it's only a partial transit experience. I haven't done a partial transit yet but I believe with partial transits you just pass through one set of locks and then turn back around to come back home ( not the full panama canal crossing)

So if this is your only Panama Canal cruise, definitely go with the full crossing experience.

I went on my first Panama Canal Cruise in November through the new locks. Now I feel obligated to book another one through the old locks. I want to experience both.

The first photo was taken from our balcony in the port of Coquimbo (Chile)

The second one was taken in Pisco (Peru). As you can see the mountains in the background look a little white because there has been rain some days ago and salt emerged.

From there we went to Islas Ballestas with a Princess excursion. That was really amazing, see pictures below.

The display with the christening information is still there. It shows photos, Kate's dress, and a part of the champagne bottle

On the opposite site of the hallway there is a portrait of Kate. Did you know that Princess Diana was there at the christening for the original Royal Princess?

This ship is now "Artania" and is featured on a German TV show called "Verrückt nach Meer" which shows the cruise life both of crew and passengers. The show is not my cup of tea, but it is nice to get a glimpse behind the scenes.

My goodness look at those sea lion pups with their Mamas.

We booked this cruise when it was almost sold out. But surprisingly our forward facing cabin on Marina deck was still available so we immediately booked it.

I can tell you the balcony is really huge. The center forward facing balconies on Lido even have a wider balcony because there is no outside crew corridor which I was referring to in my post above.

There is an aerial photo of these balconies around here in these boards which shows the difference quite well.

    This is the one!

My excitement is just building up.

Are you using the MedallionNet internet?

Whoa.... go on. Tell me more!

Basically I got a 5% discount for being Gold with MSC (thanks to their loyalty matching status) and earlier this month they were running a promotion to promote their newest ship MSC Bellisima in which you took a virtual tour and it gave you a promo code to use when booking to save you 10%.

That promotion is over but If you go to the MSC forum and look for that thread someone got a whole bunch of promo codes and she is giving those codes away. Also I booked for December so prices are normally not that high at that time.

this is getting ridiculous, when is it enough?  they do this almost every year. Soon, taking cruises wont be the best bang for your buck...

Taking Norwegian cruises is already not the best bang for your buck.

Just scored a 14 day Caribbean cruise on MSC Seaside for $1,033 per person. Did not find nothing close to that price range with NCL.
