Any Papeete to Papeete 10 day cruises like it used to do in the fall?
Yes, only a select few.
Oct 5, 15, 25 and Nov 4 and 14 all with an overnight in Bora Bora.
Then she makes her way to Florida after that.

Placed order March 18th, cruise is on April 27 and still not shipped. Just says "In Progress"

Thanks for doing this live report. We board 4/27 and hopefully 🤞 you'll be posting the daily patters. Looking forward to reading your review 😊

Bummer!! I was looking forward to having a milkshake in the mornings but I guess that would just have to be replaced with a Mimosa or Bloody Mary 😜
Thank you all for your replies ☺️

Have the beverage package for upcoming cruise and noticed milkshakes are included. I cannot find any information about Royal having a milkshake bar. Perhaps the coffee shop?
Can someone point me in the right direction?
Thanks and Cheers 🍻

Sea Days are awesome but can take up too much time for instance on a TransAtlantic.
Not beneficial for us that only get an allotted vacation time from work every year. 😏

Thanks for your review. Will be on 4/27
Are you able to tell me how did tendering work in Cabo for non Elite members?
I am assuming they set a place and time to pick up tender stickers? I'm wondering if tendering went smooth for a ship this size in Cabo.

Why add one more thing to one's to do list? I can see no reason to get the medallion mailed to you at home. You just have to remember to bring it!!!!!!!!! Why even do this if you can just pick up at the port? And I am sure the under 10 minutes it saves you will not be remembered in your memory bank after the cruise is over!!! What am I missing here?
Pooh
The Medallion adds to the excitement of your upcoming cruise well for me it does. So why not have it shipped to your home and show it off to your family and friends?? Everyone is different- while you may think is not a big deal for you it may be for others especially 1st time cruisers.

I sail April 27 and it just says In Progress for mines. I ordered March 18.
They should be shipping anytime soon now. Hopefully

I am in L101 at the end of the month and I cannot wait to chill on that balcony!

I believe you!! When I logged in, they awarded me with pre-paid grautities for life! They also promised me that the DSC will never be rising again

Wow that lido deck looks really really crowded as in small crowded.
I can already imagine with the thousands of passengers.

I feel for the people who are having bad experiences with the Royal but I can honestly say I'm excited for my upcoming Royal cruise on 4/27. At the end of the day the cruise is what YOU make out of it . I'm also just excited to have a newer Princess larger ship here in the West Coast and to be able to sail. Can't wait!

I hope so, as the socalled Premium All Inclusive has made NCL cruises very expensive for cruises booked through NCL Europe. I just did a google search, and found several German websites that stated that the "obligatory" package will be terminated April 1st, and be replaced with the "Free at Sea" that you currently get when booking through NCL in the USA.
Oh do not worry. They will find different ways to nickel and dime you 😉😉

Ships just keep getting bigger and bigger. Don't get me wrong I love cruising on big ships as much as I do on small and medium sized ships but pretty soon all these ships will only be big enough to fit the same old boring ports that can hold them. Same old boring itineraries due to the size.

2019: NCL's year of Nickel and Dimes.
My post from a thread January 23, 2019
"NCL New Years Resolution: to NOT stop the nickel and dime. I wouldn't be surprised if they increase the price of the beverage package another $10.00 per day and maybe even increase the "gratuities" as well. They have already increase the Bliss week pass for the go karts from $99 to $199, steak prices increase in the steak..."

This topic has been the norm lately on NCL forum.
They are not entitled to give you anything. Some have had luckgetting something from NCL like $175 OBC and some have not.
I went through this last year with Norwegian and they would not give me anything AT ALL and I spoke with more than one rep so consider yourself lucky.
Lesson learned: always book after Final payment with NCL unless it is a unique itinerary, then I will book early.

Same here. Interested in doing the 9 day from Hawaii to PPT and then a 10 day RT from PPT.
Not sure when these open up for bookings though. The flyers don't mention that.
