I browsed the cruise lists for Norway in 2015 and the 2st of June 2015 there appears a ship with a length of 294 m, draft of 8.2 m and gt of 81740 - except the GT all data are the same to NORWEGIAN STAR.

I think the GT is a missprint (81740), NCL STAR has 91740 GT.

But as far as it looks, STAR could do some Norway itineraries in 2015. :)

Pretty unlikely! The classification of the Oasis ends 10/28/14, the one of the Allure ends 10/28/15. To get a renewal the Oasis has to go into dry dock prior to this date. So far the westbound TA starts 10/14/14.

I read it later today - ok, than maybe both ships are going to drydock in 2014...

And no matter what happens to ALLURE, OASIS will definitely come to drydock in Europe - now I understand.

But I am wondering that there's no drydock in the US or Bahamas for ALLURE - just consider the huge effort!!!!:eek:

The Allure does not show up anymore for the same reason the Anthem is not showing up anymore in Le Havre or any other port. RCI hasn't published the schedule yet and obviously asked the websites to delete the entry.

ANTHEM has been replaced by INDEPENDENCE on the schedules for Le Havre and Villefranche - maybe INDEPENDENCE is just shown there as a "placeholder" and the actual ship which is coming is ANTHEM - now I understand...

A possible reason that ALLURE has disappeared from the port schaedule of Rome (2015) might be her pod problems, so that RCI plans to deploy ALLURE in Europe in 2014 for the short season and OASIS the whole season in Europe in 2015 - just my thoughts...

Maybe ZUIDERDAM moves to Europe and NOORDAM to Alaska - just swapping the ships...

Right. And from Sep 2015, she calls every 9th day, so she really could do the 9-night-Med cruises out of Civitavecchia which SERENADE offers in fall 2014...

Could well be. But she should be replaced. Maybe by LIBERTY?

VISION is supposed to sail out of FL in summer 2014 and from Tampa in winter 2014/15 - maybe she heads to Alaska than... but I also could imagine she sails year-round from Tampa...

According to the cruise list of St. Maarten, NAVIGATOR will replace JEWEL out of San Juan. :)

But the question is when JEWEL does not head to Alaska what might she do than in summer 2015 - between May and mid of Nov 2015, she is not listed in St. Maarten. ;)

Right. VOYAGER ends up in Singapore in Apr 2015, MARINER could be an option, but her signs on Board are changed onto Chinese After her reift.

LEGEND is already listed in Rome in 2015 so I think the remaining ships Are JEWEL or VISION. Would be sad to see RCI with only one ship in Alaska. SERENADE and BRILLIANCE are scheduled for scandinavia in 2015. :)

But SOLSTICE does Not replace RHAPSODY. Other line. And the Maiden season for SOLSTICE in Alaska was in 2013. ;)

Surely, if ANTHEM goes to Europe a Europe cruise for me might be better, but we can decide which one is the best choice for all, when the itineraries are released! :)

Definitely Not in 2015!!!

QUANTUM is scheduled for Cape Liberty, ANTHEM will be finished in GERMANY in Apr. 15 and she cannot be transfered from Europe to Alaska that easily. Even After the Panama Canal update the Quantum liners are too high due to a bridge in the canal!! ;)

As far as I noticed the Port schedule of St. Maarten is Not that reliable. ;) Even FREEDOM and ANTHEM are often listed their the same dates (from Nov 2015), only One of these two ships is likely to come, I think.

But we will see - maybe also the schedule of Bar Harbour is Not the latest and needs to be updated. :)

I assume JEWEL (or maybe VISION) is going to replace RHAPSODY in Alaska in 2015 - JEWEL is not liested in St. Maarten between May and end of Nov 2015 so she might be a possible option for Alaska... or she is moving to Europe.

As I read in another thread, MARINER may go to Australia soon - I assume from winter 2015 MARINER VOYAGER and RADIANCE may be deployed in Australia/NZ in 2015.

LEGEND OF THE SEAS is scheduled for Civitavecchia the whole summer season for 2015 - looks that she replaces SERENADE, which is scheduled for Scandinavia in 2015. ;)

Certainly some unexplained time before the Rome cruises.

Possible short stint in Asia of cruises from Singapore etc is my guess for now.

She goes eastbound... Maybe her first leg ends in Singapore. Than Singapore - Dubai and Dubai - Mediterranean. Why not? :)

I am still waiting for SERENADE - I think she should do the longer itineraries in 2015 which LEGEND does in 2014...

I do not know whether FREEDOM is going to Miami than.

But I think since several years the old MAJESTY is the only ship which departes regulary from Miami...

But FREEDOM out of Miami from winter 2015 could be an option, I do not know it yet. Or maybe she (or ADVENTURE) sails out of New Orleans...:confused:

I personally could imagine that LIBERTY sails out of Galveston to replace NAVIGATOR, which seems to sail out of San Juan from may 2015...

As far as I think, ANTHEM will be wintered in the Caribbean on the same itinerary that FREEDOM currently offers out of Port Canaveral.

From late 2015, ANTHEM calls at the same days at St Maarten as FREEDOM currently does.

And in summer 2016, according to rumors, OASIS III is supposed to sail year-round out of Port Canaveral.

I have done some reseach and on 3rd Nov 2015 she is in Fremantle-Perth WA.

I think that's a call of a non-updated cruise list - I thnk in Sydney she is also listed for winter 2016, so the list should be somewhat old...

Maybe the call of RHAPSODY, scheduled for the 3rd on Nov 2015, will be replaced by another ship or it will be fully cancelled.

A 4-night reposition from Civitavecchia to Fremantle is definitely not possible. :D

Interesting comments on Quantum Of The Seas future itineraries to open. How can anyone be 100% sure that Quantum will follow Explorer's schedule? Thanks.

QUANTUM is listed in Aug/Sep/Oct 2015 there for several times - so she should offer the Canada/New England cruises in which Explorer operates in 2014.

Also I read in the RCI blog that she is schedued for Portland, Maine.

But many companies do that some itineraries are cancelled (especially the last ones of the booking season) - e g. the last Caribbean itineraries before the repositioning in Europe.

The repos are done a littlebit earlier and the last two Carib itineraries are cancellled than...

I read in another thread that in around 6 weeks it will be announces where ANTHEM will be deployed... no one knows if it's right or not...
