I asked about the expiry date of the tier offers.  She said they got an email about the change to the expiry date in the last day or so and the email specifically says the new 3/2022 expiry date for this year's tier reward will NOT affect us getting another one for next year. I assume that should have an asterix beside it *barring any changes to the program*.

 

 

I was told by a rep that there may not be a 2nd free cruise April 2021, due to the short sailing year.  That's why they were extending the April 2020 offer to 2022.  I would guess that they will offer those that actually sail between April 2020 an March 2021 and  earn enough points for another yearly cruise would get it, but it wouldn't apply to those that didn't actually earn enough points during the year.

I have sailed in March the last 8 years out of Bayonne.  I've see two different extremes - from very warm to freezing cold and everything in between,  These are two different sailings on the last day coming back.

I did book out of NOLA.

I just got off the phone, as I received 20CCS102 this afternoon. My first offer. I was also told it was for any cruise to Coco Cay, but apparently Cape Liberty isn't included as any port.

I don't blame them for not sending out flyers.  They cost a lot of money to print and mail.  The offers can easily be emailed for nothing.

I further inquired about the cancelled March prime cruise. Jon Wamba had previouly said FP or OBC would added to those re-issued offers. The rep said nothing was added to the cancelled prime cruise offer, but offer is in system. The 2020  perks have not been loaded yet.

I lost 4 cruises that had instant certificates on.  I spent thousands on each of the cruises to earn the certificates.  All have been lost.  I haven't received any of the new offers either.  All my offers are currently expired.

I called into Casino Royale about 7 30PM  CDT and got an answer, but line disconnected. Phoned in again, and got a person for booking a new cruise. Line/conversation was awful for 5 minutes. Then the internet digital packet loss and delay cleared up. I got one cruise booked.

If there is Free Play with the offer, it is listed on the offers page with your offer.  My daughter got the same offer and there is no free play included. Not all the 20RBO offers had freeplay.

They should just give a 2nd year of the same, also cause many didnt want or couldnt cruise in March'20,  to better their play.  Easier on them, that they only need to look at new players.

 

I was told by a few different reps that those that had cruises booked for the last two weeks of March, will have their account looked at for their tier for next year.  I'm guessing they will see an average play and add those points to see if you will reach the next tier.  I'm Signature and had a cruise booked the last week of March.  I am short about 2,000 points to get to SIgnature again for next year.  I would have easily reached the 2,000 points on the cruise that was canceled.  I hope they will take that into consideration.

There is a good chance that the person could have even been infected after they got off the ship.  The incubation period is 2 -14 days, so it could have been anywhere.

Is that triangle icon for a DOUBLE sofa bed? Otherwise it's a single sofa bed, i.e., covering the couch with a bed sheet, etc.?

Any 4D cabin I stayed in didn't have a sofa bed.  The cabins with sofa beds, are the odd numbers 1D, 3D, 5D.  The description I see is up to 4 people.  It depends on the category.  If you do a mock booking and put in 3 or 4 guests. The cabins that come up are all odd numbers.

I saw that too.  I used my SIgnature tier cruise back in August. What I have is 2 cruises that were canceled that I used an instant balcony certificate for that I earned on 2 sailings.  Probably 2 more that I have booked for May will also be canceled.  I felt what he kept referring to was people that booked through UR Comped.  I'm going to wait until they decide what is happening with my 2 May cruises before I call, and hopefully have a better idea when they might be sailing again.  If they let me book replacement cruises, I don't want to book one that has a good chance of being canceled again.

I also read that they were going to add it back along with the new Prime cruise in April for those that were canceled by Royal. (Not if you canceled) It's supposed to show up on your list in April, along with the new cruise for next year. 

I'm annoyed because 2 of my comped instant cruises are not being reissued, and it looks like my 2 in May I'll also lose.  I spent thousands on each of the 4 cruises to earn the instant certificates for those cruises. At least double, if not more, what the free cruise was worth. I would be happy to get a FCC to use on another cruise.

That's not always true.  I had two comped cruises canceled with instant certificates earned on 2 cruises.  I spend thousands on both of those cruises, I know that was my choice.  The email offers I get are $400 off cruises that are always from Florida, and I don't fly.  Nothing near my comped instant certificates.

It looks like if you have any symptoms they want you to call.  They don't want people coming to the terminal if they have symptoms.  They will probably require a form to be filled out by your doctor for a refund. 

If you only paid for the deposits, you don't have insurance.  Insurance doesn't kick in until after final payment date, and that is when you are charged.   It was easy before they started the non-refundable deposits.  You would get 100% back of what you paid.  Back then if you paid in full, including the insurance, before the final payment date, and you canceled, you would even get the insurance amount back.  There was nothing to insure before the final payment date.

We were there in October, lots of chairs along the water with umbrellas, they also have chairs scattered all over, there are hammocks in trees too. They have a full size connect 4 game and chess, corn hole games  and table tennis. We were able to just wade close to shore, but it is deep and you can go over your head. Family members were able to do some decent snorkeling. We all walked over to see the dolphins swim, and some were there for the performance.

I'm thinking about going here through Royal Caribbean.  I was going to book the stingray excursion, as that is the cheapest one.  Can you just do the beach and not the stingrays?  Also is there umbrellas or shade?  Some of the private islands have very shallow water, how deep is the water?  Are there restrooms on the boat that takes you there?

They had a lawyer less than 24 hours after it happened.  How they could even think straight that soon after, I could never understand.
