Actually yes and 4 days as well. While it may not measure up to a CCL short cruise, there is considerably more drinking involved. Before you ask, I do also imbibe but not to excess or anywhere near it these days.
was it available on the 3 day cruise on Princess ? ... How about the 4 day?
and how recent were the cruise(s)

yes , if the promo has changed ... next question

On our very first cruise (2002 on RCCL Splendour of the Seas), I remember it as pitch dark, no light whatsoever. Since then there seems to be some light from the hall underneath the cabin door. That at least allows you to have some idea in what direction the bathroom can be found.
battery operated tea lights ...

I'll provide a different view...I did Ocean Ready and loved it. I had exactly zero challenges or frustrations in setting it up. It worked perfectly from download to embark and delivered on its promises. I am well aware that's not the case for everyone, but I can attest that it was the case for some.
I did both me and my wife' Ocean Ready documents & photos entirely on my phone, up to and including having both our Ocean Ready boarding passes on my phone. She did not need her phone at all. You can also print ocean ready boarding passes. It was the fastest check-in we've ever experienced and I recommend it to anyone. Having said that, check-in has never been a big deal with Princess, it would NOT be a big deal to just get it when you arrive, but it was definitely rewarding absolutely blazing through having everything done already. It was barely more involved than re-boarding after getting off on a port. They have to physically verify that your passport matches up with the image you uploaded but that takes a matter of seconds. Probably reduced the check-in process from 20 minutes to 5 between the time saved having everything pre-loaded and the lack of a line on ocean ready compared to the line for traditional check-in. Individual mileage may vary, this was my experience.
same for us , except .... she set it all up on her phone , never used mine at all , stayed in safe on ship ... just like always

I believe that the liquor packages, are inventory controlled, meaning they can only sell so many per sailing.
well, this particular cruise is already a peculiar duck as it is ... 1st cruise for SKY in US ... and no cruise showing for the 3 days prior - ( maybe inspections, "special people" )
been showing as "SOLD OUT" from almost the beginning - and yes, I know what sold out really could mean
just hoping someone from the west coast will post that has actually been on a recent 3 day and can post with authority ( yeah, what happens on one cruise doesn't mean squat about others )
anyway ... just Friday wondering ...

The PBP is not available on short cruises like the 3 day cruise you are sailing. Those cruises are known as booze cruises and I could imagine how the PBP would be hit. 😮
have you specifically been on a Princess 3 day cruise ???
It's Princess, not Barnival Cruise Line

Not showing as available in pesonalizer on our little 3 day SKY cruise in December
Just wondering if it is still available for other 3 day cruises - or able to purchase once onboard
Terms still state not available for 2 days or less (US) , different for Australia (isn't everything?)

On another website especially for UK Princess passengers on asked if food could be taken off like bags of chips and such for shore excursions.I replied no there was always someone at exit checking that the passengers followed these rules. An answer to this was never been stopped ever. They asked were I resided and then stated different Agricultural rulings ?

Deposit of 10% per guest for bookings made under Landmark Sale is non-refundable
There is a rate that does not include the OBC. Please let me know if you want a booking with no OBC and if you prefere it to be refundable or nonrefundable. I am sorry but there is nothing additional that I can add on in addition to the current amenities offered.
from my PVP after a series of emails trying to draw this out of him ...

On mine and my sister's the paper in the holder is blue and the outer rim of the Medallion where our name is, is silver. But the middle circle (the part with the Princess logo)is the same color as our status. Mine is Platinum, my sister's is Ruby.
is this on the Royal cruise ?

When you have Club Class for breakfast, you have a dining team that can figure out breakfast.
why eat in CC when you could to a specialty restaurant for breakfast when staying in a suite ???

Worthless on a shorter cruise since any unused coffee credits vanish at the end of the voyage. Unless one is a prolific drinker of foo foo coffee you lose out.
one per day (7 day cruise) for each person in a couple is prolific ???
but, yeah ...

Two emails, one on ShoreX for a current booking and one on some new loyalty program that is NOT a credit card offer. If something is free, YOU are the product. In this case, your purchasing information is.

Club class was a nice convenience when we had our one and only (so far) suite ... taken with an upsell ...
we try to stay away from shower/tub combo's so the CC mini's are a no go for us, anyway
might pay a little extra - no more than about $ 10 pp per day if it became available in the future for a premium deluxe balcony or other category ... maybe
the somewhat no wait for a 2 top was the best part of CC dining ... service was very attentive ... courses seemed to come quicker, but basically the same food as the mdr with a "special" side, salad, or dessert

Email your travel agent instead?
yep, TA's with savvy Princess cruisers will have to become much more than just order takers ...
wonder how many TA's will offer the different combination of rates on the promotions without their clients specifically asking about them ... or just offer the fare listed on the website
of course everyone that posts on CC has the best TA and they will always offer all the combinations and of course
8% - 12% discount directly off the cruise price without fooling the clients with OBC

I too only drink mostly WZ and sometimes a Riesling. Is WZ not available only in the dining room or all over the ship? I have the sip and sail promo but without my choice of wine, the two 750 bottles I can bring will not last 16 days. I like to have a glass of wine with dinner or just relaxing listening to music, but want to enjoy my favorite wine. So my choices would be, change promo to the new $1000.00 OBC to cover DH’s beer and use some to pay the corkage on a case of wine, or just cancel the two cruises I have booked with Princess and go elsewhere. 😫 not a fun decision.
To Stevea20, thank you for posting this, otherwise I would have never known until I got onboard.
check out Vines wine menu if there is one on your ship
go in, have a nice pre-dinner glass ... then take a sippy cup to dinner with you ... Vines is very protective of their stemware for wines ...

One continuing issue is whether a coffee card on a back to back is good for both segments...or closed out after the first cruise. It has proven elusive to get a good answer to this question.
Hank
exactly - It would be too hard for Princess to simply state that you coffee package is good from the moment you step on the ship until you get off ... no matter how it is booked .
and then Princess can set different ... and then Princess ... and ...

I don't know why they are doing this now. If the fares are the same for refundable or nonrefundable, why would anyone do a nonrefundable deposit?
someone above posted the 'deposits' are the same ... that's not the cruise fare(s) themselves
Are all Medallions blue now?

Princess , or any cruise line, could easily have different loyalty levels without differentiating between the levels by colors, or labels ... all that info would come up when your generic ( I like orange ) OM was scanned ..
that way no other cruisers will know if you are on your first cruise ... or have more than 15 or so
pull tabs ... can you even imagine ...
