  1. if you are referring to the BOGO happy hours … sadly, they are no longer available on all Princess ships … although some have posted that there is an occasional HH that sometimes pops up

Yes, no problem. The bartenders at the Vines will ask you to switch your glass from the Riedels used at the Vines to a standard wine glass to go. Sometimes, you may get a wait team in the MDR that will go to the Vines for refills for you, but that's not standard procedure - and sometimes you may be allowed to take your Riedel with you as long as you return it to the Vines, but that's not standard procedure either.

this has changed on the SKY Princess - as they must have changed their stemware, as we were allowed to take our Vines glasses to the mdr and not asked to bring them back

My favourite menu too. I do wish though, that they would do the lobster and beef wellington on separate nights, or offer this menu twice!

Fantastic live from, thank you for taking the time to do this, I’m always looking forward to the next instalment.

order the lobster as your app 🍷

We got a move over offer in August to move to an inside room on our same sailing. The email went to my agency email and my personal email. It was a few days before sailing.

We got a free upgrade this week for our upcoming cruise in June. I just happened to notice while looking at something else. No emails to my agency email or personal email.

did you take the "move down" offer ?

got it. went online, see that BSE price with drinks/internet/grat is 3k pp , I paid 2700. I only put down a refundable deposit, I guess I should cancel and get it all changed? Or should I call a TA to do this

call the ta to ADD ON … not refare --- promo code BEST

OR MAYBE BSE is better to refare

Also I have a shipboard credit which must be used on the boat and she said long lines to use this as everyone rushes to do so?

without reading the complete thread - has you TA mentioned the BEST SALE EVER perks of "adding" the PBP (drinks) , Grats - about 14.50 pp pd or so, and unlimited internet one device at a time per person … I'm guessing no based on the above statement

sorry  if this doesn't apply to your specific cruise … or does it ?

How about something other than food pictures. No Princess Cays-? some venue pictures would be helpful? How about pictures if you go to St Thomas and St Maartin? Dining places, Bars, night club photos, all on the ship. Many people would like to see ship photos and land photos to give them idea of what to expect. Also, patter is hard to read and not very clear on the posts.

while I agree on some of those points … I am not a foodie and can scroll thru those and the patters pretty quickly

I appreciate ALL photos and the narrative … if I do have a pet peeve, it's when someone has posted 20 pictures ( that's not the peeve ), it's when one or more posters feel the need to "quote" the post - all pictures / etc. are -re-posted - then the posters only comments are something like 'beautiful' / thanks / following

On Princess, a man will feel under-dressed wearing a sportcoat and tie, but he will fit in acceptably. A suit hits the mark. A tux or dinner jacket is pleasantly distinctive. Others wrote above that it is OK to dress casually, but you might feel very out of place.

I can assure the forum, I will not feel "out of place" in a dress shirt and black pants - no tie, no jacket …

I guessing that you two are not the ones lugging the cases around.  A luggage tag and porter didn't get it from the store to his/her cart.  Do you carry them onto the airplane, or check them?  Please don't even suggest buying it after I get to the port city.  I'm on vacation.  (That brings up another subject, I'm retired, every day is Saturday.  I don't have a job to vacation from.  I'm still looking for a more appropriate word for me, than vacation.) 😏

Any way, packets of powder are light, take up very little room, and no problem to mix.  That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

gotcha ... understand  … you don't take kids on cruises who drink and LIKE Gatorade

290 days or so until we fly. I had an idea to do a flight change and looked at the same flights. When I said to change I got a huge notice about cancellation fees, etc. but we're booked with flexible fare so that confused me further. Pretty much anything to do with airlines seems to be a subsidiary of Satanic Enterprises, Inc.

The times I have tried to deal with EZ Air on the phone in the past resulted in very looooooooooong calls that turned into a "I talk to Princess who talks to EZ Air who then replies and then I get it from Princess" type of thing. I've never been allowed to actually speak with someone in the EZ Air department. Of course after half an hour holding and then 10 minutes of ridiculous back and forth the thing tends to hang up and one has to start all over again.

sounds like you need to book directly with airlines ...
