  1. I did use this agent and during soon realised they didn't pass payt on till maybe 4/6 weeks before sailing as you make payment to them not cruise lines. This is common with agents in UK.
  2. There are agents here that want payt 14 weeks prior to sailing Celebrity Silhouette I2 Departure: 13th May 2023, 16:00 Return: 25th May 2023, 06:00 Total to Pay: £2835.54 (£1417.77 each) Total Deposit Price (Final Due Date 28th Jan 2023) £300.00

  6. UK website no suites available on 11th September and that is only cruise offered No suites on October cruise either.
  7. Once off the ship I doubt there is little can be done, although you don't say how it was ruined/damaged
  8. The only thing I can say is that MSC have height/size restrictions on slides so you may want to check that out before booking as you say "small kids."
  9. I may be incorrect but thought with MSC if one person in a room has the drink package everyone has it, there was a thread about this recently but I can't find it!! Also if you pre purchase you avoid the 15% tax on drink package as neptuno said Can I point out you have mentioned a travel/cruise agency by name, this isn't allowed by Cruise Critic
  10. There is an update on this thread posted in July post 55 gives a 7 day menu showing variety
  11. Fake designer are not allowed in some countries, I believe Australia is one. I am wondering how a 2 year old thread got here 🤔🤔
  12. The OP is boarding tomorrow so may not read any further advice
  13. I would check about getting a visa --India you need a visa even if staying on the ship. Have you looked on the Saudi Embassy website?
  14. Not sure if this is current but we were told the on board booking would go to the travel agent we made to be on the cruise
  15. 10 is a large number to deal with they may need to place a 6 and 4 together so best warn them, maybe tell them on say Tuesday we will be 10 tomorrow and so on
  16. I was going to make this point as friends did the cruise earlier this year
  17. You may want to post this on the Ports of Call section
  18. Lots of previous posts re this. During COVID the operators closed down, now it’s a case of is there the demand. If you are a large group contact Shore Excursions and ask the question
  19. One person I tip and our friends do is the ladies room attendant outside our dining venue, it's a busy place and they keep them spotless
  20. I bought some silicone straws from Amazon for grandchildren and metal ones for adults
  21. Check out this page from the website https://www.msccruises.co.uk/health-and-safety-measures it gives requirements if you scroll down the page a little
  22. Regarding vaccination status --who know what next year will bring
  23. It is entirely up to you, if you ask for something from him/her and they are able to do Yes we tip extra. It's like extra towels or ice bucket filled twice daily, just small things but you can show it is appreciated. We sometimes get early morning coffee so will tip the person bringing it a couple of dollars if we have full breakfast it will be $5. There is no hard and fast rule your tips are paid so any extra is up to you.
