I did use this agent and during soon realised they didn't pass payt on till maybe 4/6 weeks before sailing as you make payment to them not cruise lines. This is common with agents in UK.

I think the OP is talking about leaving the ship on Day1 not doing the overnight. It isn't clear. A question for MSC if that is the case as Covid has changed things
