I'm still going on NCL in August. I said fall. But I may retract that. It looks like I may have found something with Princess in November that looks like it will work for me.
And I said to forgive me if I'm mistaken. 🤣

They're all high right now. As of now I'm not cruising this fall.
What!? Does that mean your upcoming live report from a different cruise line isn't happening? I only have a vague recollection of your upcoming plans from your last trip report, so forgive me if I'm mistaken.

Apple juice 🧃 ?!
Nope. Apple juice is made from the entire apple, skin and all. Apple cider is made from the apple flesh itself - no skin. 😉

It's hard to recommend anything without further input regarding your interests. Recommend you take a look at the Mexican Riviera section of Ports of Call for other ideas. https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/124-mexican-riviera/

Check this old thread from 2021 😉
It includes this post from @4hunters (BBM):
"OP, I was in the exact same situation as you and same thing happened to me (CC denied due to a successful credit card dispute and eventually refunded by Carnival as well).
Forgetting about that whole debacle from last year, I went ahead and booked using a different card with no problems. A few business days later my cruise was cancelled with no reason given (they sent me a canned email). I called to try and get an explanation. The customer service rep couldn't tell me why, only that there was a note in my file that I needed to contact Carnival's accounting dept. I did and was informed I was on the much famed "Do Not Sail" list!
I was provided instructions for wiring Carnival the money for the cruise from last year and was immediately removed from the list (edit: AFTER my wired payment was received by CCL). I'm almost certain you're on the same list as I was. Recommend you call them and take care of it before trying to book anything with Carnival."
Thanks for finding this and posting for me, SeaHunt! Saved me the time of finding it myself. 👍

Craps was a minimum $10 which is a bump from our last cruise in February on the Magic where it was $5. There is also no Let It Ride which is also disappointing as I really enjoy playing that game.
Yeah, I noticed the change from normal $5 craps minimums as well. Unfortunately, the days of $5 craps aboard Carnival vessels seem to be coming to a close. 😞

There have been a few reports of people not having porters to take their bags at the Seattle port. Did you have any trouble or did you carry yours on?
Tons of available porters when we did this cruise a few weeks ago.

There are a few things on my list in this area
so I’m going on foot for a bit. This is where I question my hoho decision. I think maybe considering time constraints it would’ve been better just to come straight to this Area and not mess with the rest of the bus route this trip. But I always think I can do more than I can.
Time to channel your inner, I’m-in-Manhattan Greg, where you saw and did 526 things in one day! 😉

That’s true. That was likely before the haircut. We got in late at night. They probably kept us up until 1 or 2 in the morning. Then we got to sleep a few hours. So we definitely showed the next day before we got haircuts. Then for us our second haircut was just the sides and back we got to grow it out on top.Lucky. They kept giving us the nearly-shaved head throughout basic training. I heard the folks who went to AIT finally got to get the haircut you're describing. I went from basic directly to OCS and the super-short hair was still a requirement. 🤪

Just off Luminosa this past Thursday. We had the same experience with the MDR as the OP, but we had tablecloths! 😁😉
BTW @EngIceDave, I wish they’d never brought that craps table onboard in Seattle. One of the worst week-long craps beatings I’ve had in recent memory. Oh well, c’est la vie! 😂

She’s been told to put her bag under the seat and it’s out again. Talking on the phone during the safety video. She shouldn’t be in an exit row. If there’s a problem its
going to be all on me. I’ll let her open the door. Maybe she wasn’t listening when the FA said if you don’t let go you could fly out with it.
Cute. Matching jeans.

Lol I just unpacked from sailing on the Sunshine and realized I had $60 in casino chips I never cashed out.
Will I be able to cash them out when I go on another Carnival cruise even if it's not the Sunshine?
TIA
Yep, no problem.

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. Kind of sounds like you want to know the benefits you qualify for as a result of a casino offer? If so, this will help: https://oceanplayersclub.com/contact/comp/
