  1. Following. We will probably be using EZAir for our British Isles cruise out of Southampton in 2023. It is available to us on October 10th. It will be our first time using it.
  2. Well since it still needs to be a proctored test I need telemed. My only concern now is the reliabilitity of OnPoint. I need to dig for it but I do remember seeing something about refunds on their site/FAQ if you cancel. The only reason I would do that now is if I went with Rapid Test & Trace USA instead.
  3. Yes pre-entry testing and ArriveCAN are still required for all cruise ship passengers entering Canada. It's right here. https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid/travel-restrictions/cruise#pre-embarkation-test
  4. Canada should consider combining these pages into one to reduce confusion. https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid/travel-restrictions/covid-vaccinated-travellers-entering-canada#determine-fully https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid/travel-restrictions/cruise#pre-embarkation-test
  5. Agreed. I posted just before you we still need the proctored test. Still more time for things to change before we sail.
  6. You still need a proctored test no more than two days prior if you are visiting Canada or Bermuda.
  7. From the RCI site pertaining to my situation. We still need a supervised negative test result.
  8. Agreed this is odd. Sailing Sep 18 which includes stops in Canada so need to test. Have appointment setup with OnPoint on the 16th. I guess I can cancel that now and get a refund. How you present proof of the test should be interesting. I'll stay tuned.
  9. Great info. Titanic museum is something the wife and I would do on our 2023 visit. I'll do the walk for sure. Interested in the same info as MICHE99 as my wife would need a car service directly there.
  10. Same situation as you but cruising next August. Also our first trip to Europe. Based on some great info from John Bull and others here, we will probably use National Express from Heathrow to Southampton and taxi to Premier Inn West Quay for two or three nights prior to cruise. Wife would like a day of London so we will probably take the train from Southampton back to London Waterloo Station and do the Big Bus HOHO. She has mobility issues and the less bags I have to schlep for us both works for me. If we were to stay in London two nights before heading to port, I would stay at Premier Inn Waterloo then train to Southampton. Sorry to hijack your post. Hope you get the info you need.
  11. Checked-in for our Sep 18 Voyager last week and saw no info on vaccine card/info requirements. All that is left is filling out the health questionaire (RCI) on Sep 17.
  12. I have three people in our family scheduled at the same time next month. Just one order number. They confimed with me that all three will test at the same time via the Zoom call. I'm using my laptop.
  13. I just booked with them for September and received no instruction to fill out a questionaire? Where did you see this? Just checked the OnPoint website and I cannot find this requirement anywhere. Does this request come a few days before the test date? Thanks.
  14. Booked a time with them in September and received a Zoom link from them via email immediately. Hope you get your issue resolved soon.
  15. We have connecting promenade view rooms in September on Voyager and looking forward to it. Wife likes balcony but we rarely use them. This cruise I get to try an inside. Any privacy issues are a curtain close away. Unless my MIL opens the connecting door. 🤣
  16. We cancelled our Sep 19 Odyssey sailing on April 25th waiting for the FCC's. Same day we had our TA hold a Sep 18 Voyager sailing until we got the FCC's. TA had to extend the hold twice then finally on June 6th when deposit was due again they were able to get Royal to issue the FCC's over the phone. We had a bit of credit left and booked Indy in 2023 but could not use the remaining FCC because it had to be re-issued on a new FCC. No idea how long this will take but our original FCC took over 30 days but didn't happen with the TA's help.
